"This property should be removed from Vrbo’s listings. As other reviews have stated, the rental is filthy, full of broken furniture/appliances, and has several unsafe areas. We spent the first day and a half of our stay, cleaning the place. It is clear that this property has not been inspected or maintained for cleanliness in a long time. This is not the result of one careless guest. This is complete neglect.The home has cobwebs, stuck on grease, dirt buildup, bugs, and mold in multiple areas....

"We communicated specifics with the owner, so won't go into full details. The location is great, but that doesn't overcome that it was uncomfortably dirty in many ways. AC went out, so with temps in the 90s the inside was a balmy 82...all night and no way to open the windows. The bottom line is, with this booking there was a higher than normal cleaning fee. When we arrived we expected the place to be spotless. It was the opposite.This is also a duplex. That was not clear to us when we booked....

"The room was spacious for the 2 of us and our dog. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet. Unfortunately, the heavy curtains did not cover the window, they were only decorative, and the parking lights were shinning into the room, making it hard for me to sleep. Also the cleaning products left a very sweet and nauseating smell in the room. Otherwise, I would stay there again. The location was good, we were able to park our vehicle with a trailer, and to walk to a restaruant."

"We very much enjoyed staying here. We had the mother in law suite part of the house which was more than adequate for our needs. We loved the historic home aspect to the site. Everything was clean and in order, owner was quick to respond to anything we conveyed to them, and it was lovely being the only ones staying at the house at the time.
This was the first time we've used a VRBO property and it was a great experience. We highly recommend this rental, and would stay here again. Thank you so...
