"The rooms were very clean, the staff was very helpful and answered all the question we had at check-in. Great breakfast and coffee was always available when needed. The staff was always maintaining all the supplies and keeping the area tidy. I would definite stay there again with my family."

"I was staying overnight in Bracebridge ahead of an event the next day. I was welcomed warmly when I arrived, even though I was relatively late. My room had recently been renovated and was super clean and in great condition. I appreciated that there were plenty of towels, and soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. It was a brief but great stay."

Noticed that several of the guests were construction workers who walked about the halls & lobby in their work boots which will deteriorate the premises very quickly, perhaps they should be encouraged to change their footwear prior to checking in or at least clean their boots. Out room did not have a safety chain night lock on the door? No breakfast facilities other than coffee, perhaps a cold breakfast should be available. The hotel location is very...
