The property was amazing! Great location and had everything we needed for a perfect 50th birthday trip. The kitchen and other areas were well stocked. Communication with Paul was great and helpful. We would love to come back again.

This property exceeds expectations. The chef kitchen was perfect and spacious. The outdoor areas were peaceful and welcoming. It was convenient to downtown as well as several parks. The check in was effortless and the support was great. Could not recommend more!!

Making memories

Loved the house and all the amenities. Close to downtown so walked for shopping, coffee, drinks and dinner nearly every day. Also used the well appointed kitchen and grill to cook in. Highly recommend. Parking is a challenge with the construction down the street but managed to find close parking.

Great Stay in Bozeman

Perfect location to walk to downtown Bozeman and drive to outer areas. Very clean and nice accomodations. Street parking was easy and checkout process easy. Would stay again.

Grand Bozeman Villa

We had a lovely stay! The place is not only clean. It’s warm and cozy with grand spaces. There is plenty of room in this home. I stayed here with three colleagues, and we each had our own bedroom and the shared spaces were perfect for us. we all hung out in one living room, even though there are two. And we were able to have our own space and then come together in the right spaces. Also, the back patio is beautiful and everything was walking distance to this house so easy to access downtown Bozeman let me tell you at night. It is quiet and peaceful and we loved that about This house we were so surprised how big and spacious it was We all agreed we would come back and stay in this villa if we came back to Bozeman! 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!!!

A villa in the heart of Bozeman

My family and I could not have been happier with the house and our stay. It truly felt like a villa. The two living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs accommodated our group (6 adults and 2 children under 6) very well. They were both extremely comfortable. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were just what we needed. The kitchen was also spacious and fit all of us very well. There is a beautiful, large courtyard just off the kitchen which provided an area for the 2 children to explore. Unfortunately, it was very hot during our stay so we were unable to use the courtyard as much as we would have liked. The afternoon sun really warmed it up. Downtown Bozeman is an easy walk from the house - the 3 and 5-year old had no problem making the walk. Downtown has lots of shops and restaurants, an amazing hardware store and a small market. The house was very clean when we arrived and the check in process was very easy. Due to the unusually hot weather, the upstairs was a bit hot, but an AC unit and fans in each bedroom provided some relief. At night we were able to open all the windows and it did cool things off a bit. I would definitely rent the house again (even in hot weather). Lastly, I would just say that the stairs from the first floor to the second floor were nice and wide and not very steep so I felt very comfortable having the almost 3-year old going up and down the stairs. As the grandmother, I'm more apt to worry about stairs than the mother is.

Great property for a Great first trip to Bozeman

We were in town for the spartan race. The property is very close to Main Street was maybe a 5 minute walk if that. I’ve stayed in a lot of houses and this is probably the most well stocked house I’ve ever stayed in. Very roomy clean beautiful home. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this property.

A saving grace

My wife and I came to town with some of her friends for her birthday. Unfortunately, the weather cancelled all of our plans. The house was so cozy and inviting that no one minded staying in and catching up. When we decided to venture out, the location to downtown made it so easy and so enjoyable to explore.

Fantastic jewel in the middle of Bozeman!

The house was perfectly situated a few blocks off of Main Street and across from a beautiful park. We walked to dinner and shopping, kids played football across the street and relaxed watching tv is the more than ample upstairs living room and mastered two puzzles in the downstairs living room. After full days of fishing, the house was perfectly appointed for relaxation! The kitchen has everything you need for a big group and the BBQ right outside the back door was great for grilling some fabulous local meat. A must stay for a big group or family if you are in the Bozeman area!

Beautiful Home and Location

Our yearly family vacation was just wonderful. The house was perfect ---so much space and everyone had their own bathroom. There is so much to do in Bozeman and surrounding area --Historical Museums, Lewis and Clark Trail, Yellowstone -so much to see and so little time! Communication with Paul was fantastic. Thank you for a great family vacation.

Incredible House and Location

My family and I were traveling to Bozeman for a wedding week that took us from Bozeman to Glacier National Park and back. The pictures of the home are entirely accurate. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. There is plenty of space for people to gather. The courtyard in the side/back is large and pretty. The owner was super responsive to any questions that we had. If you want to walk to Main Street it's about 5 minutes away. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Bozeman area.

An absolute gem!

Based on our communications with Paul leading up to our rental, in addition to the post and pictures online, we had high expectations for the house. We were not disappointed! The house was immaculate, comfortable and spacious. Everyone had the best sleep there in years. And while the beds certainly were comfortable the Bozeman night air sealed the deal. We had so much fun on our week. The park across the street was an extended backyard for us. We played numerous games of spike ball, basketball and frisbee. We went on walks and met some of the neighbors. The convenience was fantastic. Need a drink, run back to the house, forgot your sunscreen, back in two minutes! When not on excursions or in the park we took advantage of our proximity to downtown. Chock full of restaurants and stores we did our best to help the local economy! Such a hopping little town! Paul was so helpful and prompt anytime we had a question. Time flew by and we were all wishing we had booked two weeks. We most definitely will be back!
