Está totalmente descuidado, elevador con alfombra en pésimo estado, habitaciones con aires acondicionados que suenan como una locomotora, tuve que desconectar la refrigeradora porque el ruido era sinceramente como un avión haciendo despeje. Todo lo de la habitación es de baja calidad, muebles, iluminación, TV enano y eso que fui a una SUITE de las más caras, solo me imagino las más baratas y pequeñas. No lo recomiendo. Además espere como 5 minutos para que apareciera la mucha del front desk al llegar, tuve que gritar para que apareciera.

The staff are great. I was put into a room that slowly made me sick. The rooms hadn't been used since a remodel. It was strong fumes -paint, drapes carpet, something. I got sick enough to be kept up most of the night nephew was ill but he slept through it. Also a number of things weren't finished yet- not even the aC was sealed. very disappointed.

This hotel was under construction but still had several unnecessary issues. There was no hot water in the shower, the phone was mysteriously disconnected and we couldn't call the front desk, the 'continental breakfast' offered no hot items with the exception of waffles. The hot tub next to the pool was ice cold and the cords were pulled out of the wall. The floor boards were ripped off in the hallway with paint chips everywhere. It looked like the hotel had not been vacuumed in weeks. People were smoking in the hallway upstairs and the staff didn't seem to care. I wish we had picked a different hotel.

The second bed was broken and couldn't be used and because I paid through Expedia there was nothing they could do... Right. The toilet wouldn't flush right, the step latter in the pool was broken, the hand rail to the pools was broken and the hot tub jet button was brken...not sure how it passed the health department standards. Wouldn't go back if the room was free.

Stayed here for a quick one night visit to Bozeman. There was a lot of remodeling going on, but that did not affect our visit. At first glance, our room was very nice. However, when I went into the bathroom, the floor and tub, shower curtain, and then my socks, showed a lot of long, dark hair. To the point that I had to put the bathmat on the floor to cover it up. Luckily, we were just sleeping and going, but it was all over the room if my socks were coated in it as well. If we had needed a shower, I would have requested a different room.

Under construction and the area I was in was terribly filthy. Worked for me only because I was not there to hang out in the room. Bad call by management to house under those conditions. I would never subject my family or friends to such a stay. Good luck and if you (management) need assistance with running your business feel free to reach out. Glad to help!

This was my second time staying at this property in the same suite. The first time I was racially profiled and during this stay my room was not clean the jacuzzi was dirty and still had someone dead skin in it and the bed looked like someone had laid in it and there wasn’t enough towels this suite was not to standard at all and as a housekeeping manager myself I was very dissatisfied

The room is large with a sitting area, couch and TV in the front end, bedroom in back. Clean! and not dingy or outdated. Great value for the price, will do it again!

The property was under construction and the first room I was given had the furniture piled in the middle of the floor. No big deal. We ended up in the "being renovated" section. Not awful, but it would have been nice to have a discount for the inconvenience. SO much weed smoke EVERY time we were around the hotel - I had to put a towel under our door so It didn't waft in. Some other events included people bringing in 3 cases of Corona at noon, people talking VERY LOUDLY at 2:00 a.m., and sounds of a LIVE porn film next door at 4:00 p.m. Lets just say I will NOT be staying there again. Oh, and I could not call the front desk because the phones were down in the whole wing. Oy Vey!

Decent hotel all-around but airport shuttle is bad
The good: Hotel was nice enough, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, very cool option for kids that they have bunk beds! Breakfast was okay: cereal, oatmeal packets, bread products, cold breakfast sandwiches, and waffles to make. Not spectacular but better than no breakfast and not the worst ive had. Staff member at breakfast was very friendly and hard-working. The not-so-good: The hotel is nothing fancy. If youre needing fancy this is not it. There was a newer wing that was updated. My main complaint/issue centers around the airport shuttle. I was told it requires 24-hour notice when i called several hours before my flight was due to arrive and so i was out of luck. I have NEVER heard of an airport shuttle that requires 24-hour notice and ive used a lot of them. What happens if my flight is delayed or early? What happens if my bags dont arrive on time? So many scenarios would render providing advanced notice useless. And yet that is the policy. And the hotel is a hike from the airport. Id say probably 15-20 minutes. So i was counting on the airport shuttle and it let us down big time. Dont count on the airport shuttle. You will most likely need to make other arrangements. If thats a problem for you, I'd recommend against it. I would not book it again just because it meant i had to pay more for the rental car (fortunately it was available!) So it cost me more for this hotel. I would've picked one with a functional airport shuttle.

The hotel was cozy and nice. The room looked and felt clean and comfortable. The bathroom did have some stains on the wall and ceiling, making it look kinda gross, but overall it felt good.
