The condo was cozy and cute, very clean and well stocked with basic necessities like dishes and appliances. The bedding was comfortable and clean. The host even had small little things like makeup wipes and shampoo/conditioner/body wash available. Great value for the price. Would have paid well over 100 more just for a hotel room with one king bed and a microwave. The views were very pretty as well and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe.

Everything was nice and clean when we arrived. We had no issues checking in or checking out. The neighborhood is a beautiful little spot with awesome trails to go for a walk or a run. Would stay here again.

Would recommend mentioning in the listing that there are stairs to the property. We are mid70’s and fit so the stairs were not a problem for us. You should stock toilet paper - 1 extra roll was barely enough. Overall, property was beautiful, well appointed, plenty of kitchen items, very comfortable bed and very nice bathroom/shower.

Very nice view and a lot of extras in the kitchen area, condiments, coffee, tea and even laundry soap, although I don't think you can for sure expect that, but we were pleasantly surprised! There is a stairway to climb up and it was a little hard to find the door which is on the side street. Great trail around a pond to walk around. A short drive to everything we were doing, visiting downtown and kayaking. Also, the manager was very responsive when I had a question. Highly recommend.

What a great, easy to commute to and from property. Close enough to town to be convenient, far enough away to be quiet. Very cute micro neighborhood with quiet, unnoticeable neighbors. I am somewhat familiar with the area but anyone would find this location easily accessible to great dining and shopping in downtown. The host has decorated the one bed/bath apartment with taste and functionality. I would recommend this to anyone looking to house 3 or 4 guests, with use of the pull out couch. You will need to navigate a straight staircase to access the above garage apartment and parking was a short walk from the home. This will be my new first option while traveling for work in the area.

Clean, beautiful and cozy

Had a great stay over 4 days and would definitely return. Some random thoughts include.... Well furnished, clean and comfy in a quiet neighborhood near to a fun walking path and small lake. Privacy was limited. There are no window coverings for a wall of windows that expose you to the neighbors. This is an above-garage unit connected to another larger rental dwelling so there can be some noise but we found it to be very quiet over all. View is so lovely. Kitchen has all the essentials and the AC was a life saver during the hot spell. Might think about bringing your own sheets if you prefer quiet, breathable sheets but that's a pretty small detail.
