"The inside looks exactly like the pictures, and the host always replied to my messages. However, we did have a few issues. The fenced yard was messy with chairs and cushions all over, and there were 2 areas where the pavers were sinking into the ground. We did need our sheets changed due to sand-like material on the pillow and sheet. The AC was leaking, so we had to put a pan under it and continuously change it. Finally, the guests upstairs were walking around, dropping things and moving things...

"Terrible- first time ever posting a review, but I feel like it needs to be said. NOT as advertised. Showed up and the place was dark and no where to park, did not feel safe. Immediately contacted both VRBO and the host asking for a refund. Stayed at hotel a few miles away. Three weeks later still no response from either VRBO or the host. "

"Good communication with the host very accommodating, location close to Atlantic Ave, about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Older complex unit had some updates bathroom needs some work."

"Everything about our stay at the Coral Reef King Suite was perfect...the suite itself is immaculate and beautifully decorated...the entire property is lovely. The pool is a gem surrounded by beautiful landscaping. This was our 3rd year at the Coral Reef Suite...we look forward to returning soon! "

"Nice place considering it was small. Perfectly clean, could tell it had been recently updated. Only recommendation would be to come up with a different sofa that was more comfortable and different coffee table as it was too high to put your feet on and a little big for the small space. But overall it was a great spot, pool was nice to have, convenient to walk to restaurants, nice neighborhood"

"Condo is misleading. I wouldn't call it a studio, efficiency apartment is better.This is a single room, which you can tell from the pictures, so I was prepared. Others might not be as observant.
