Comfort and Convenience

This property is in a fantastic location for skiing. With the recent snowfall, we were able to ski right to the building.

It was clean and nice. But we were planning on a pullout bed but there was not one. One person had to sleep on couch. It was cold in there. People staying upstairs were loud. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Nice location, nice rental, comfy beds, nice family room where we mostly hung out when we were all together, easy check in/check out. Very close to Boyne Mountain, the Skybridge, and Avalanche Bay. Overall it was a positive stay. The one thing that wasn’t pleasant were the people above us with stomping and pounding of kids running around until 1am, and then would start up again at 7am. We even read the other reviews before booking and thought we’d be fine with a loud box fan, nope. Also, in my opinion it needs a deep cleaning. It was mostly clean, but there was dust, dirt and crumbs in the nooks and crannies of places, especially the bed frame where the mattress sits, under the bed, and behind the nightstand. Overall, we did enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Clean and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable condo. A little hard to find since the condo number is on the upstairs unit and it's actually a basement unit. Once we found it though, it was spacious, good layout, and located in a nice peaceful area of the resort. We enjoyed our stay.

Quick get away

We had a nice weekend. Went mountain biking near Boyne City. Condo was clean. We could not control the temperature in this unit. It was quite cold perhaps because it is a lower unit. We had no issues. I would stay here again.

Nothing to say but exactly what we needed. Plenty of everything. Clean. Extremely well furnished. Travel alot and put this place in top 3 all day. Thanks for providing a great experience..

MY only complaint- I had to work a few hours each day during my stay- and the internet connection was terrible. The Boyne Guest WiFI did NOT work ANY of the time and My phone hotspot would not always work- So that was a little stressful. Our friends condo had their own Wifi- not Boyne Guests- and they had great wifi connection.

Good location

Address was missing. Using north, south with directions would be helpful .condo needs better lighting. Very dark by sink. Brighter light bulbs. Especially being it was a basement condo Left list of repairs needed and some items more than 3 forks would be nice.

Our two complaints were noisy neighbors and lumpy bed. Neighbors were loud until after midnight both nights- one was across the way and the other was upstairs. The right bed of the two queens was worn out- left side had a large dip so that I had to sleep on the far right and then sloped down into the dip.

The unit was well-maintained however it was dark (very little natural lighting) and the beds could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, a good spot for a short getaway.

Very bad mattresses they both sag in the middle , no iron or ironing board.The place was very dark it should be pained with very light colors not dark ones. The lighting is bad in all rooms.The check in girl Renee was as helpful as she could be , she was very professional and very nice. I don't think she knew the control for the air and heat was not in our condo.

The property is beautiful and stocked with everything we could have needed. It was very luxurious and comfortable. When we come back we will most certainly stay here again. The beach is just a short drive down the road. It was a great mini vacation for my husband and I. We couldn't have asked for more from our hosts! Thanks for making our stay most wonderful!!!

Ok...could use some tweaking

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I should start by saying that we travelled from California and arrived at 1 Am in the rain so it wasn’t the best situation to start with. The directions could use some clarification such as specifying that it is a converted bottom floor. You enter through the patio door, not the front door on the second level. The directions were also confusing because they said the first left on Mountain pass Rd. Well there is a condo parking entrance about 50’ from the turn which we took. This was not the correct entrance. Instead, it was about 1/4 mile down the road with a very well lit sign indicating “Disciples Village” complex. The upper unit had kids running around at 8AM that we could hear clearly (this was 5AM California time and we weren’t adjusted so we weren’t thrilled). One of the beds was not overly comfortable and quite squeaky. The furniture in the living room was quite comfy but we used it only briefly. Unit was very clean. Could use some unit specific instructions like where to find thermostat (there isnt one, we looked), where to find the outdoor garbage bin, etc. And this is just a recommendation, but keeping coffee stocked is always a big plus in our eyes. The area is very nice. Lots of things to do around the resort.
