  • There are too many wonderful things about this unit to say!
    It has 3 true bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, master suite has king bed, second bedroom has two queen bunk beds, and 3rd enclosed bedroom has two queen beds. (Note: The basement is a one bedroom condo with an additional full kitchen and laundry area extending the sleeping capacity to 18 if rented separately - it's unit 735 on our website).
    The Area:
    Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
    Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.
    Looking for a Day Trip? Visit Mackinac Island or Sleeping Bear Dunes. These are just a few options during your visit in Northern Michigan!

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was perfect for all our needs and the location was great and so close to the resort. It was all very clean and we loved the bunk room for our kids! Would stay here again!

Girls weekend

The place was perfect to hang our hat and relax after fun days wine tasting and enjoying the beautiful fall colors. The place is five star. Perfect location, extremely clean and well stocked with everything you might need for a weekend away

Wonderful Family Getaway

The condo was very comfortable and well-equipped to have meals and take breaks from skiing. It’s only a few buildings away from the main ski area so an easy walk with our gear right to the slopes. We look forward to returning to this unit on future visits!

Amazing experience!!

We had 10 people stay total, including 2 small kids. Everyone was comfortable with their rooms and sleeping arrangements. The proximity to Boyne Mountain was great and within walking distance. 10/10 would recommend! We will certainly be coming back.

Great property mang and location

The home was beautiful. It was an excellent location. Working with Renee and her team for any questions I had was awesome. She answered so quickly and was right there. We definitely will be back.

Amazing Property

Such a great rental! We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. It took us a day to realize how close we were to the ski hill access (no lift required!). It's a 2-minute walk to the slopes and on the way home you can ski right to the road of the condo, undo your ski's, and walk across the street to the front door! Super convenient.

Excellent ski rental

This rental checks so many boxes. Our group was a grandparent, parents, and three kids. The kids loved the bunk beds, which are huge beds. The place had such a great Up North theme with the decorations it was very cozy. The kitchen had everything you could want for home cooked meals. It was fantastic to sit by the fire at night with the snow falling outside. Although technically not ski in/ski out, we could walk about 100 yards across the parking lot to the easy green Boyneland and put our skis on and ski down to the lodge and bunny hill/lesson area. This was excellent not having to drive 3 kids in a car and walk through the lodge. We actually had two unused beds even with 6 people. We would definitely stay here again

Family Ski Weekend

Great house & location, but small kitchen and small table for 4 not six as shown in pictures. Unable to connect to wifi at times and no live tv to watch football. Would recommend better internet service.

Great ski trip at Boyne

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at 734 Disciples! We had a couple families stay and everyone fit comfortably. All supplies were stocked appropriately, although one bathroom did run out of toilet paper. Very close to the slopes, just a very short walk up the road/across the street. Shorter walk if you turn right out of the place rather than left. Everything was very clean and functional. Only wish there was more flexibility with the check-in and check-out time. Shout out to the housekeeper who found a bag of gear and reached out to management so we could get it back before we left. Much appreciated!

Beautiful property and great location

Overall, the condo was beautiful! The common area (living/dining/kitchen) was a little tight even with a group of 4. While the condo has a large sleeping capacity, the common areas won’t comfortably support more than 6. Would love for the place to have a grill too. Very clean, well decorated and stocked.

Excellent manager/customer service as always with Northern MI Escapes. Very helpful and accommodating! Allowed us to add a night onto our visit at the last minute as our schedule changed and permitted us to ski an extra day. Third bedroom has two queens upstairs and is an open loft room. I couldn't see this from the pictures posted. The condo is listed as ski in/out and it is not a true ski in/out condo. You can take a trail off of Boyneland and then walk across the street to condo, so almost a ski in. It is not a ski out. With four young skiing kids, having a ski/in out is very important to us as it is difficult to carry all the equipment for kids. For adults, the walk isn't bad at all. Also, may consider adding scissors and corkscrew to equipment at condo. Otherwise well stocked kitchen. Having a washer/dryer was awesome! Beautiful condo!

Great location and beautiful house

The house was very clean! We loved the ability to walk to the Boyneland lift. It made coming back for lunch and a warm-up very convenient. The kids loved the queen bunk beds, and mom enjoyed having private laundry! We found the place to be cozy and exactly as pictured. The host was great to work with!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really like this unit. It was clean, nicely updated and quite functional for two families. The kids had their own space and so did us parents. Having games for the kids was a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The location was just right, a short walking distance to the ski hills and a ski-in back from the hills. This only recommendation is to have more seatings or even TV trays for eating. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay at this unit and rental experience. Everything went smoothly as far as checking in and out. Northern Michigan Escapes is becoming our go to company for our ski vacation rentals. Renting through them is very seamless. They’re organized, responsive and so easy to work with.
