Cute little house that was in a great location near downtown and 2 minute walk to the grocery store! Hosts had thought of everything in this well-stocked rental so it was easy and relaxing to be there.

Perfect spot for a weekend in Boyne

We came up for the weekend to ski and this house was perfect for our family. Very clean, lots of space and easy instructions for check in and check out. We would definitely stay again.

Our family really enjoyed staying here for a getaway after Christmas. Very comfortable, plenty of room, walking distance to the lake and downtown, and just a short 10-minute drive to Boyne Mountain. It truly felt like a home away from home for us.

Fantastic properly with great location to downtown!

House was very comfortable for everyone! Plenty of sleeping spaces. Close walk to downtown. Highly recommend to anyone with a larger group on a budget.

House is a gem

What a perfect house for our stay! We had 8 of us, and sleeping accommodations were great! The details of the home did not go unnoticed. There were specific instructions and labels to let us know about every aspect of the house. We would definitely recommend this to others, and we hope to make it back someday. Boyne Mountain was close by to allow us to go back and forth when breaks were needed from skiing. Downtown Boyne City is great too!

FANTASTIC PLACE!

What an adorable place. It was very clean, and the owners are on top of it. Everything, literally, was marked including light switches with what operated what. It was fully stocked with towels, dishes, pots and pans, etc. This is one of the best VRBO/Evolve properties I have ever stayed in! I highly recommend!

Cozy, cute and Clean!

This home is immaculate and super organized. Its updated with “Up North” charm and very well equipped. So comfortable!! The location is great for walking or biking to BC. The owners were very responsive to a small issue. No problems. Go and enjoy!

Celebration of Life Family Gathering

The house was very clean and cozy. Check in was easy as well as check out. Everyone was able to gather and relax during a sad time in our lives. Having a place to call home and feel like it was ours was very comforting. The house had everything imaginable you needed to cook a meal or dessert. Knives were sharp too. We enjoyed views of the lake a fire in the firepit one evening, and a very short distance to the store and downtown. No need to mess with finding a place to park. The lilac tree was in full bloom which was a definite plus since it is my favorite flower. We would definitely stay here again. No one wanted to leave. Thank you for providing a great place to stay during a difficult time.

Great Summer Stay

Property just as described. Great location, just a few minutes walk to Lake Charlevoix, downtown Boyne City. Grocery store 200 yards away was really convenient. Kitchen was well outfitted. We cooked every day and had plenty of pots pans, etc. Owners have very clear instructions and helpful tips posted all throughout the home. Covered front porch and rear deck were very enjoyable. Very close neighbors on either side of home. Elderly couple on one side private group (not very friendly) on other side, but kept to themselves and were very quiet and respectful. Overall, a fabulous trip and the home suited our needs well.

Perfect Spot

Location was everything and we could walk to Family Fare and downtown so easy! We went to a wedding at Castle Farms which was only about a 25 min drive. House was very clean and the beds were comfy! Plenty of space for the four of us. Check in/check out process was easy as well.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. It was extremely clean and well supplied! We were here for the High School State Ski Championship and the proximity to Boyne Mountain was perfect and very easy to get to. We had a small issue that was resolved in a short amount of time and to our satisfaction. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. There were lots of extras that make travel so much easier and enjoyable (plenty of linens, plenty of hooks to hang towels/ski gear, well stocked kitchen, extra hand, laundry, dishwasher soap, spices, cooking oil, and even samples of shampoo/conditioner, garbage bags, paper towel, and toilet paper) These are the little things that make a big difference for us when just staying for a weekend and not wanting to have to lug everything with us. The bedrooms were large, and the sun porch was awesome. I would definitely recommend this home!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time spent in our weeks rental at boyne. Landlords are awesome to work with and offered a beautiful retreat for my husband and my 21st anniversary. We will surely rent again from them. Location is perfect for seeing all that downtown boyne has to offer in walking distance too! Thank you beth and Marc for the awesome experience!

Nice Home!

Spent the weekend for a few days of biking various trails in the area with some friends. Nice, clean, accommodating home. Looked forward to coming “home” at the end of each day. Beth was very responsive to the few minor questions we had during our stay. We would certainly return for future stays!

This stay was a girls getaway. The home was just lovely, clean, updated, had everything we needed and more! The homeowners were very prompt when we asked questions. They also shared many activities/site recommendations, which we enjoyed while in the Boyne city area. Also a very safe community. We would highly recommend if staying in the area. We hope to be back in the future

Great Stay

Very comfortable house in a great location. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Only one block to a nice grocery store and only about three blocks to downtown.

This rental was perfect for us! Nice quiet neighborhood with walking distance to downtown. Also great location to head to Mackinaw City, Petoskey, Harbor Springs etc. Well kept, clean and incredibly cozy it felt like home away from home. Highly recommend!!

My Dream Cottage

Absolutely wonderful house with a beautiful view. I totally loved the layout and worked perfect for the 7 of us. Definitely would rent this place again!
