The communication and information provided prior to arriving is the best we’ve experienced w/any VRBO. Tv, WiFi and hot tub all functioned well. Good night sleep was had by all and beds were comfy! "The perfect mountain home for a relaxing getaway! The proximity to the Front Royal Entrance to the Shenandoah National Park and the town was a plus! We saw deer (with a baby), rabbits, and tons of beautiful birds on the property.The house is nicely updated with all the amenities one could want. They have thought of everything!I would highly recommend this mountain home for a relaxing and adventurous family getaway!"

"The cabin is as depicted in the listing. Atmosphere and views were great. Charcoal and firewood was provided. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals during our stay, but some of the cooking utensils could be replaced.Plenty of linens and towels. Could have used an additional roll of toilet paper."

"Nice quiet place. Nice new deck. Good location. Helpful owners. The only downside was the hot tub water was not clean on arrival. Did not use. Recommend to owner to instruct renters to add cleaning solution upon arrival if that’s what is required for it to be usable. Otherwise, a nice place to stay."

"We had a great time at the Olive Branch! The room was well outfitted, tastefully decorated with lots of flourishes and a very comfortable bed. It took a few minutes to figure out how to lock the door when we left, but we got it. Oddly the shower had a cloth shower curtain, but no liner. We were able to use it anyway, but either made a soggy bottom if it was inside the shower, or a wet floor if we left it out. There is a powerful fan in the bathroom that helped us to dry things out, so it wasn’t...
