Impressively beautiful property
From the moment the front door swung open this property was one wow to the next. It was immaculately presented and beautifully decorated with luxurious yet cosy rooms. My adult daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our mid week break which was made all the better with the comfy beds, warm rooms, fluffy towels and generous toiletries left by the owner. It’s location in a quiet leafy street, just one block off the Main Street of Bowral, offered many choices for eating, shopping and entertainment, though we could just as easily have eaten in in the modern and well equipped kitchen. We certainly enjoyed an afternoon wine on the outside balcony. I would not hesitate to book this property again and highly recommend it to couples or adults who like a relaxing break with a touch of luxury.

Lovely cozy cottage
A warm welcome to a lovely cozy Cottage was appreciated, the fire was on when we arrived. Very comfy beds and the Cottage is in a great central location.

Fantastic Property
The cottage exceeded expectations, really glad we made this choice. Top quality furnishings and fittings. Perfect location, quiet but close to everything. Great spot to relax on the front veranda with a leafy outlook. Could not imagine a better place to stay for the weekend. Helpful host. Highly recommended.

Fabulous stay at gorgeous cosy cottage
Beautiful renovated cottage. Gorgeous furnishings, bedding and linen. Great location in town. Lovely lovely hosts who had turned on the heating and the lamps before we arrived and left us with some lovely bubbly. Can’t wait til we stay again. Highly recommend. Thank you

Wonderful cottage in Bowral
Amazing cottage- walking distance to Bowral shops , cafes , restaurants- a great pub on the corner just down the street . Greg’s communications were spot on . Overall - very enjoyable time in the Southern Highlands

A must stay when visiting the Southern Highlands.
We visited Bowral to attend a family wedding, this cottage was so well presented. The history of the cottage has been well preserved and it is styled impeccably. The beds are luxurious. The location is perfect, everything is in walking distance but is far enough away that you don't hear the town. If you are visiting the Southern Highlands, this stay is a must.

COZY LITTLE COTTAGE
Pros 1. They definitely know how to decorate a home. 2. The entire cottage can be heated up with a gas fireplace and Central heating. 3. Electric blankets on all the beds 4. Bathroom was lovely and roomy with heated lamp 5. Tv worked well Personal Cons; 1.Would like a little bit more space to move around as it was a little tight. 2. Kitchen was ok 3. Hard to get comfortable in the couch

We had a lovely two day getaway at this quaint little cottage.Loved it from the moment we walked in.So cosy and warm.Close walking to shops and restaurants.Everything we needed was supplied ,apart from groceries which we purchased on the corner at raw and wild organic food .Very clean and tidy.Beautiful towels.We will definitely be back. Quaint Cottage stay
The Hidden Door Cottage was such a pleasant place to stay. It was cosy with a very comfortable bed. We were able to park our car and walk around Bowral as the cottages location is so convenient to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend The Hidden Door Cottage for comfort and convenience.

Perfect getaway in the heart of Bowral
This was a perfect property for our mother and daughter getaway. Located in the heart of Bowral, it was only a short walk to the Main Street with shopping and cafes. The gas fireplace was delightful in the midst of a very cold weekend!

Beautiful Cottage. Devine decor. Warm and cosy. Beds very comfortable. Bowral shopping just around the corner. Didn’t need to use the car. Day spa restaurants close. Cosy cottage
My dad and I had a lovely few nights in The Cottage with my 10 month old daughter. The owners provided a cot and high chair which was brilliant. The fireplace was easy and cosy, a lifesaver in Bowral in the thick of winter. The location is amazing, an easy short stroll to the main street and ample street parking right out the front of the property. Everything was clean and the electric blankets on the bed were a nice treat. We’d love to come back again.

Absolutely loved everything about this gorgeous cottage.
My friends and I had a very relaxing time in this gorgeous cottage. We loved sitting by the fire, enjoyed the peace and quiet and loved the decor. The house was very clean, the beds were really comfortable and the linen was lovely. I highly recommend this for a girls weekend getaway and would come back next time I’m in Bowral. Thank you for sharing your beautiful little cottage

Beautiful, clean and close to Bowral centre
Lovely cosy property - immaculately kept and a short stroll to the shops in Bowral. We loved the gas fireplace, the cosy rooms and the lovely seat at the front in the sun. The house has no washer/dryer but the managers were kind enough to let us use these at the rear property between guests. Only downsides were this and a kitchen sink in a slightly inconvenient spot. Otherwise it’s lovely and we would absolutely return.

Gorgeous little hideaway in the heart of town
The Hidden Door has been beautifully renovated and styled and provides all the creature comforts you could ask for in a short stay. Extremely comfortable beds with lovely linen, fine glassware to enjoy a champagne or two (and a stopper!), an old lounge to enjoy the warmth from the gas log fire, fluffy towels and a hot shower - we felt right at home. A short walk to some lovely cafes, restaurants and shops, the location was excellent. And when we wanted to cook at 'home', everything we needed was there. Thanks Kim & Garry for providing a great place for us to stay whilst visiting our girls on retreat in this beautiful part of the world. Would love to come back another time and explore further.
