Wonderful.
The house was perfect for us and the outlook is absolutely beautiful. The horses came up for a feed of carrots in the morning and the kids were thrilled. The pool was refreshing and needed as the day was very hot. Bev is lovely and overall a wonderful stay.

Lovely rural week away
Our teens and dog had a lovely stay. House was clean. Great location for peace and quiet. Good wifi and reception. A few kitchen essentials missing (eg oil for cooking which we happily donated) but not a big deal. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to unwind and very pet friendly.
Good views from the property and close drive to town. Bev the owner was very friendly and welcoming. Our family and fur babies enjoyed experiencing the farm life that this property stay offered. Thanks again Bev and we hope to stay there again at the homestead in the future.

Family gathering
The property was lovely and clean, generous with towels for the spa and plush bathroom ones - sounds little - but made a difference and summed up the overall experience. Bev was available if we needed her and her friendly email with directions made us feel welcome before we got there!

Glorious Gloucester
Just had 2 nights at Dam it Getaway. Beautiful views, clean and very comfortable beds. Our little chihuahuas enjoyed their stay also. What an amazing part of NSW THANK YOU Bev for sharing your property with us.

Fantastic country getaway
Plenty to keep the kids occupied, we loved exploring with our pooches! Swimming in the pool then warming up in the hot tub. Amazing star gazing at night & views in the mornings. Great Gloucester stay, communication with Bev was excellent too. We’ll be back, thanks for such a lovely stay.

Amazing views
We stayed here for a group getaway with some friends and our dogs. The views are amazing and the house was great! We were pleasantly surprised - its much better than the photos!

Nice views, great location
The house is located in a lovely position. We enjoyed our walks around Barrington Tops during the day, and enjoyed the fireplace. The beds were comfortable and we were left to have a private and quiet weekend, which was nice.

Ladies weekend
A couple of girlfriends and I wanted to getaway with out the kids for the weekend. The homestead was a great place for us to stay. The rooms were just right, the fireplace was lovely, the hot tub was good, the scenery was beautiful and the atmosphere was great.

Beautiful spot nestled among the farms
Fog had the views hidden on the first day for the grand reveal on the next day. Beautiful spot and great with the cows around to say hi. Only critique is one shower is better than the other, otherwise we had a great time!

Great place to unwind
The property is great, it is well kocated with superb views. Bev lives in the house next door so communication is super easy. Bev has quite a few houses/tiny houses to let on the property so between guests and cleaners, even if everyone is respectful of each other privacy, there is a bit of traffic on the property which is something I was not expecting... overall it was good, comfotable, clean we just missed the sunshine....

Time away after covid
There were 5 of us staying & we all enjoyed it. There were a few niggles the area was not mowed, the 2nd toilet leaked, The pool was unusable, some lights need globes or fixing, Lounges uncomfortable, dining table chair seats need replacing. The kitchen was brilliant well equipped. The 3 beds were queen very comfortable, 3 bedrooms & lounge room were all air conditioned that was great. Overall a good stay.

Peace and Tranquility
We had a wonderful stay. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the spa and swimming in the pool and loved seeing the green tree frogs. The property had everything we needed, and was clean and tidy.

Farmstay to remember
Our family stayed at the property over the New Year's (31 December - 2 January). The property was clean and well maintained, and the rolling hills and farms provided a relaxing view. We loved the jacuzzi and swimming pool which we had for ourselves during our entire stay. We definitely enjoyed our holiday at this property despite the rainy weather and we look forward to returning. Highly recommended!

Enjoyable stay in Gloucester
Very spacious, and generally well equipped. Hosts were very helpful, friendly and accessible. Our dog was also welcomed and was very comfortable inside and outside the property. Would suggest some minor uplift in ensuring that cutlery and crockery is complete and fully cleaned (we struggled with teaspoons).

Peaceful farmstay
Lovely and very comfortable 3 bedroom house. Cosy fireplace. Loved the heated spa! Well stocked kitchen and pantry. Heaps of linen. Our small dog was made very welcome & the resident dogs were friendly. Restful and peaceful stay. Thanks Bev and Katrina!

Perfect stay, come back time after time.
We come back to bowman farm because its just so beautiful and the house is so well equipped and clean. Hosts are so friendly you wont want to leave. Will definitely be returning

Relaxing country getaway
The property manager communicated clearly about how to get there. The house was as advertised. It was very comfortable and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were great. The views were magnificent including being able to watch the local cattle. Good variety of birds. Very peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Dam It Homestead Getaway
Great property, extremely peaceful with beautiful views and the beds were very comfortable. Bev the owner was very helpful and pleasant, also Dasher the dog was a real delight, we also loved all the cows, cute calves and the horse. A great place for a get together with our family.

We had a very nice time on the Bowman Farm
The owner Bev and Adrian as well as the lady that worked there were very nice and friendly.They were always there to help. The place itself, very clean, very peaceful and lovely to see the pets on the farm. I definitely recommend this place. Loved it!
