Cozy Condo

Good for being near campus and downtown. Nice, cozy, and private, good kitchen amenities and beds. Easily slept 2 adults and 2 kids, and the big couch could have been slept on too.

Paradise?

This is definitely close to FSU and the stadium, however I wouldn’t say it’s the nicest area. Although honestly I haven’t really found that area in Tally yet. I was under the impression this was a house from the listing. It’s an apartment. I did not feel very safe especially since the patio doors are original and didn’t really lock. The only thing keeping someone out was the metal rod. The decor was nice but overall the unit and complex is very old. Beds were comfortable and the WiFi/streaming was good. Overall for me 6/10 mostly due location and safety.

Great Tally stay!

I was there to see my daughter and go to a game. Perfect location for anything campus related… Very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and very clean. Great little outdoor area with fire pit and seating. Would definitely stay again if available because it is in high demand for good reason!

FSU move in weekend

Great property and the owner is absolutley a joy to work with if you need anything - although you shouldn't as she has thought it all out to a tee. Everything is comfotable and the kitchen is well stocked. For fall evenings it will be great to sit out by the firetable and grill. Easy access to FSU . You won't be disaappointed. KB

Short Stay for FSU Campus Tour

This apartment was perfect for a short stay to visit FSU with our daughter. It is immaculate, furnished, and kitted out to the highest standard. Beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, the beds were the best we've experienced in our many VRBO stays. We originally planned to travel with our 2 well-behaved dogs and Marlinda was very flexible in accommodating them (as opposed to the one dog noted on the website) however one of our fur babies got sick and was unable to travel-so we ended up not bringing them-Marlinda was so sweet and sent best wishes and immediately refunded our pet fee-no questions asked. The location was perfect for our purposes (5-minute drive to FSU campus). Overall, a wonderful apartment with excellent service-would definitely recommend.

Quick Visit to FSU- Perfect Location

I brought my son to FSU to check out the campus before committing. This was a great place to stay. It was tucked away and quiet, clean, comfy beds, and everything we needed. We could drive to campus in less than five minutes and it was a straight shot back and forth for easy navigating. Communication was great and we will be back! Loved this place!

Perfect Apartment for an FSU visit

The apartment is beautifully renovated and located 5-8 minutes away from the athletic area of FSU. There are groceries and restaurants nearby, so extremely convenient. We had a little issue when we first checked in but the owner resolved it immediately. If we were visiting again, we would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Family FSU weekend

Came from Sarasota and Atlanta , met our adult boys for an FSU game. Things that mattered most: ease to game- so easy to get in and out. It was not only very clean, but unexpectedly cute and up to date. Took pics of it to copy in my home. Felt very safe. Very quiet. No students were there partying. Lots of parking. Checking out couldn’t have been easier. Patio was a sweet extra. We all decided it exceeded our expectations and would stay there next time. Host very easy to work with and responded quickly to emails from beginning of booking. Highly recommend.

The first rule of catfight club... Everyone in the complex knows about catfight club. Lol

So the first night a couple of feral cats got into a fight outside the window around 2 in the morning. Holy cow it was loud. What a way to wake up. But it was only for a minute the first night. Joking aside, it was the only negative with this stay and it was just the one night. This is a very comfy little place and my wife and I were very pleased. It's an older facility but they did a really great job of renovating this suite. Really nicely done. The kitchen and bathroom were really nice and new and had everything we needed. The big comfy couch in the living room easily sat 3 of us while watching TV. I thought the beds and pillows were comfortable as well. I would have no problem staying here again while visiting my FSU student. The complex is within 10 minutes from the campus and was nice and quiet, well except for catfight club, haha. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Pineappétit for a pineapple bowl. Very tasty.
