  • Situated on the southern end of private sandy Moody Beach, next to Ogunquit beach, this wonderful 5 bedroom year round open concept contemporary beach house has it all. Featuring large sun filled rooms with panoramic views of the beach and ocean from most every room, beautiful designer kitchen, granite counters, hardwood and tile floors, custom stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, master bedroom & bath and deck overlooking the beach and the ocean. Great parking, yet close to everything. You can walk the beach to Ogunquit village and all the area has to offer.

Wow! Talk about an excellent location, view and overall comfort! We had an excellent time- relaxed in the tub, enjoyed the fireplace, watched the ocean waves and walked on the Beautiful beach! We really had a great time were so comfortable!

The best of everything

It’s not often you find a vacation property that checks all the boxes, but this is it. The comfortable and sizable property, the amenities (it has everything you could possibly need at a beach house and then some), the incredible location, the diligent owners and their amazing communication and service - it’s all five stars. This is a very special place that we always hate to leave and that we hope to visit for years to come.
