Great stay!

Our family of 6 had a great stay! Rene was a wonderful owner to rent from. She was quick to respond to all questions. Condo is beautiful and very clean. Kitchen is FULLY stocked with nice kitchenware to cook meals for a large family. My kids enjoyed the large soft fluffy blankets to snuggle up with on the couch. Beach towels, umbrella, wagon and coolers all provided. The umbrella stroller was a lifesaver on our 1 day at Disney with our 2yo. We could tell that she truly cared that her guests had a great time. She even brought us donuts! 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

Rene is an amazing host! She has thought of everything. Check in & check out are an ease. The unit is super clean, kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms are spacious the beds are super comfortable. Comes with a cart to bring all your supplies to the beach for the day, not to mention it's only a few steps away!! Even comes with a washer and dryer so you can go home with clean clothes! Had to text Rene late one night she was right there!! Looking forward to our annual stay next year

Loved it!

We had a great stay--the property was a quick walk to the beach and had a great pool right on the water. The unit itself was perfect for our family (me, my husband, and 2 small kids)--well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and living room, great bathrooms, and very clean! Rene and her husband were awesome hosts. We loved the area as well, lots of restaurants etc. nearby. We would love to return!

Home Away From Home

This was our second stay at the condo and even with a tropical storm we had a great time. Renee communicated with us prior to arrival and checked in multiple times throughout our stay, including dropping off some fresh mangos and homemade cookies. Would highly recommend staying in Unit 95; clean, well kept and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our days at the beach.

A GREAT HOST AND PLACE

My family has stayed all over Siesta Keys as we love the area. What a great spot! Rene was a great host! She did a lot of little things such as leaving the porch light on (late check in). She was available if needed, she even gave us a welcome letter and gift! The Condo was extremely clean and in a great spot! We will be back!!

Rene, This stay deserves much more than a 5 star rating. Our stay far exceeded any other accommodations we have had while staying at Siesta Key. This is our new go to annual summer kick off location. It had all the luxury's of home, Rene thought of everything, great instructions for everything in really cute frames, to games, all the items needed for a day at the beach, a first aid kit, aloe for our sun-kissed skin, a fully stocked kitchen and a very fitting and fun welcome package...

College Reunuion 2024

Rene was wonderful! So responsive and so thorough! The condo was lovely, so clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The beach was a short walk away and worth the walk! We thought there would be more to walk to on the beach, but there are many free shuttles available. All in all, it was a lovely stay!

Just what the doctor ordered!! The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we could possibly need!!! We really liked the location and so close to the pools, ocean and pickleball courts!! Rene was very responsive when we contacted her. Much appreciated!! The condo was very well stocked with everything you could ever need. Comfortable beds. We really appreciated having 2 beds in the one room so no one had to sleep on the couch. Short walk to the beach. Convenient location. No complaints here

The best!

This was our second time staying in Rene's condo and we hope to return again! It's still the best rental I've stayed in. Stocked with absolutely everything you need for a beach vacation, super clean, and the new bathrooms are amazing! Rene is very helpful, responsive and kind.

Home away from home!

We have been returning to Jamaica Royale as a family over the past 15 years. We have stayed in various type units over the years and this is the first time I have truly felt my unit was a “vacation” property. Before I always felt I was staying in someone else’s home/unit. Rene makes you feel welcomed as a guest and has gone above and beyond to make sure all day to day amenities are available. We literally did not need to bring anything but clothes. The beach towels were a great addition. The outdoor area is lovely. Truly your own piece of paradise. Rene was very approachable and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely rent this unit again and would highly recommend it. For context we had elderly grandparents and 2 small kids and this unit meets all the needs of all family members….great beach toys/chairs/umbrella/wagon and newly renovated walk in shower!! Perfect family vacation!

René’s condo is fantastic and she is truly the best host… super friendly and very responsive! Contactless check-in is so convenient! No stopping to pick up keys at a rental office. Covered parking right outside the front door is great! The newly updated condo is beautifully decorated and clean. The master bathroom is like a spa! The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need to make meals at home. We really enjoyed dining together on the patio. As a family of five we often have trouble finding a condo that will sleep everyone in a bedroom, as so many places have only two twin beds in the second bedroom. Having two queens meant everyone was sleeping comfortably… no pull-out couch in the middle of the family room! After a day on the beach it was great relaxing together on the leather couches and having so many viewing options on the big TV. The walk to the beach, though long, is pleasant. René has provided beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and a wagon to cart it all to the beach. We would definitely stay again next time we travel to Siesta Key! Thank you, René!

Everything you need or want!

Honestly, this was the best and easiest stay I’ve ever had! Our family absolutely LOVED it! Rene’ has thought of everything single thing you might need or want and has them there for you to use. Super close to the beach. Her furnishing and decor are clean, cozy and up to date! Upon arrival the condo immediately felt super inviting and very clean. The master shower is fabulous! Rene is very responsive, friendly and helpful. We were surprised and touched by the welcome bag and card. Can’t wait to come back again!

Siesta Key dreaming

We enjoyed our stay at Jamaica Royale. This property was very clean with updated finishes. The host René was so accommodating and very helpful. Our unit was stocked with everything we needed for our week stay in Siesta Key. The location was ideal. We had a short walk to the beach and were close to the shops and dining at Siesta Key Village. I highly recommend staying here!

Excellent experience!

I booked my family’s stay here because there were a few reviews explaining that this is great place to stay for families with young children. I’m SO glad I did. Rene was extremely helpful during our stay. She is the absolute best host- she is helpful, promptly responsive, and organized. The condo has everything you need for a vacation with children in tow. It was very clean and secure. We loved having our SUV right in front of the condo in the shade. The location overall was excellent, a short stroll to the beach. Our 4 year old loved having the 3 different pools and it was great to be able to walk to another pool if we didn’t want to disturb adults trying to relax. We will definitely be returning.
