We had a wonderful vacation in St.Thomas! Stacy’s Retreat was perfect and in a great location! Close to the ferry we took to go to St. John for a day. This condo is next to the marina near Sapphire Beach, so there were no steep hills to climb.The king bed and sofa bed were so comfortable! i stayed here with two of my friends and we had plenty of room for our 6 day trip! Thanks, Stacy & Mark, for renting your condo to us!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay!

Everything was as promised, super clean, well stocked. We were pleasantly surprised to find back pack style chairs and coolers for the beach. Even ice packs in the freezer. The bed was very comfortable. We spent time at the beach, the pool and on our balcony. I would highly recommend this property and have to some friends considering a St Thomas vacation.

Beautiful condo & location

Everything very clean & tidy. Nice to have cooking utensils as we like to eat at ‘home’ as much as possible. Bed very comfy. Gorgeous ocean & marina views. Pool is nice. Everyone in the community is very helpful & friendly. Would recommend four star!!!

Wonderful ‘actual’ one bedroom condo with best views and location!

We had a wonderful week at Stacy’s condo. The views were amazing , the balcony was a lovely spot for meals and simply relaxing to enjoy the view. It was great to have a one bedroom …they are not typical in this complex…many are advertised as one bedroom but are studios!The condo is nicely furnished with quality tropical themed furniture. The large king bed was comfy but on the soft side…luckily fairly supportive so it worked for us.2 Mini split ac units kept the place nice and cool.The location of this complex was terrific if you love snorkelling…Saffire beach is just a short walk away and lovely for swimming and excellent snorkelling.The owner provides everything you need for the beach including coolers so that was great.The owner was very responsive. We felt lucky to have found this property, and hope to be back !

Perfect Location

Stacy’s Retreat was perfect for our family of four! The condo was bigger than the pictures look, with a terrific view and an ideal location. Would highly recommend!

Felt just like home

Wonderful 1 bedroom apartment. Inside had all the amenities we needed to have a perfectly comfortable vacation. We appreciate the beach supplies-especially the chairs, cooler and sand toys. Experienced one rainy day and the internet/tv signal was strong and reliable. We were impressed! We used to live on Sapphire in 2016 and the location can’t be beat! This unit is in the prime area of the marina/beach walkway, main office, laundry machines and Sudi’s restaurant (great vibe). Parking was easy and close as well. Can’t wait to go back to Stacy’s Retreat! Best vacay ever!

Let me start by saying my family and I deeply appreciate being able to stay here. Much better than corporate hotels. There is easy access from the parking lot. Only a couple stairs downward on the way in. The parking lot is tight. I backed in to park. Large vehicles may have to park elsewhere in the complex. The gate "guards" have no clue what a "Stacy's Retreat" is. Make sure you have the building name and apt. number before you arrive. We didn't, but Mr. Stacy answered our text lighting-fast with the info. We found the apt. to be clean. It is small, though big enough for the three of us. The mattress in the master bedroom was quite comfortable. Be advised no human being should be subjected to the mattress on the sleeper sofa. It is used Gulag-quality- an area for IMMEDIATE improvement. One lamp in the master b/r was broken, the other had a questionable bulb. Lighting throughout the place was inadequate. Snorkeling equipment is there. Much of it was broken. Nice big beach towels were a plus. Three beach chairs are provided. Refrigerator and microwave were both present and working. Meals in the area are about $25/ person, so being able to have breakfast, lunch, and snacks stored and quickly prepared was a blessing. All the dinners we purchased at the local joints, including Sudi's which is on the property about 100-feet from the apt., were fantastic. Just pricey for us metro-KC folks who aren't used to paying so much. All-in-all it's a good place to stay.

Great stay and location

We always stay in this same complex when we visit and you can’t beat this unit! The rental unit had everything you could need as well and having 2 AC units was so night. We did have a storm roll through so had no power for everything 2 hours on/off for almost 2 days, but we found the extension cord for the hallway power and the lantern so those came in clutch! Thank you for those because our friends unit didn’t have them. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We had the best vacation at the best location with the nicest owners for 7 fabulous days! We loved the view with the marina… unbeatable! Very nice new shower! The HUGE BED was the best bed We’ve ever slept in SERIOUSLY! Local pizza Paradise pie and Susie’s are AMAZING just a short walk to the beach. Taxies are the best transportation for safety!

Laid back at Sapphire

We had an awesome time my wife and I, we had great views of the Marina and enjoyed dining at Sudis restaurant, we went to coki beach one day and did some snorkeling as well as trunk bay on st. John. I give this trip five stars and would recommend it to anyone looking to get away to enjoy a relaxing time with surf, sun, and beauty.

Paradise!

This property was the perfect place for my father and me to stay for a family wedding on Sapphire Beach. It was clean and well stocked with beach necessities. Easy to walk to multiple restaurants and bars. The view of the marina was just beautiful. Red Hook was a short taxi ride for additional bars, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Bday Beach Get Away

Overall, the accommodations were great. Within a 5 min walking distance to Sapphire Beach. Close to laundry, pool and Sudi's restaurant. Close to Red Hook which is convenient via taxi or car. We walked the hill every day for the local taxi to Red Hook…cost $2. The condo has a beautiful view overlooking the marina. Communication was good, had a question to the owners answered right away. The condo was clean….Wasn't looking for anything special however, I did expect at least a few bottles of water in the Fridge or on the counter that would have been nice. Only other thing I saw was a couple small roaches in the kitchen at night on the counter below the microwave…so probably need pest control to come in and treat. We didn’t keep any food on the counters or in the fridge only water. The unit had AC which was nice after the first couple of nights….as it got really hot and humid in the room….once the AC was on I kept the temp set around 73/74 and it got cold quickly. There was one other thing I would strongly recommend y’all to PLEASE replace the blinds in the bedroom and definitely get New Ceiling Fans the one in the bedroom does not work. Honestly, we were only In the condo first thing in the morning and when we returned in the evening after a fun day of beach hopping and snorkeling. Would I stay here again? Absolutely Yes, It's a great place, in a great location it just needs a few things updated. Thanks Stacy we will be back!

The location was good. Coffee shop, beach bar, pizza place and nice restaurant (Sea Salt, very good) within walking distance. Close to laundry, pool and Sudi's restaurant. Close to Red Hook which is convenient (if you have a car there is no place to park, it was easier to take a taxi). The condo has a beautiful view overlooking the marina. The downside, it was dirty when we arrived (partially clean? the bed was made, not sure if it was clean) Microwave, toilet, door wall, drink rings on the coffee table) I reached out to Stacy and she responded immediately. After seeing photos I sent she offered to send the cleaning person to meet with us in the morning however I declined. I had plans and did not want my belongings unattended. Also, the air conditioner units are on the balcony. It is so hot you have to turn them off to sit outside for five minutes. Stayed for the month we had one washcloth, hand towel, bath towel and beach towel per person. I went and purchased bath towels. Could use a deep cleaning. Screens are caked with dust (kitchen & bedroom). Hutch has so much dust you can write your name in it (I have pictures). It's a great place, just needs a little TLC. Once we cleaned everything it was nice. Also, you have to walk through a construction zone to get to the beach. Worth the walk though, the beach is beautiful. Would I return? Yes. I believe is was a fluke with the cleaning person. The host was very apologetic and concerned. The cleaning person screwed up

Everything was better than expected!!

The location was absolutely the best part for me. I found a fantastic gym a mile away and red hook was only a bit farther the other direction. I walked a lot during the day. Definitely not at night without sidewalks. Great bars and restaurants right there and right by the beach!! Could not have gone any better. Thank you

Great stay!!

Check in process was very smooth, communication was very clear and concise. The amenities at sapphire beach were out of this world, condo is down the hill from Sudi’s, great little restaurant/bar. Little jaunt to the actual beach, but not too bad. Sapphire beach is absolutely beautiful. Condo was very clean, had everything we needed, from dishes, towels, snorkel equip, little ice chests, ice trays, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was just as described in the listing. Host was very responsive. Great experience. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo!!

Excellent location, simply Paradise

Excellent place to stay at the eastern end of St-Thomas. The Condo was well equiped. The king size bed was heavenly. The porch area overlooked the Marina and ocean, it was a wonderful place to have coffee each morning. The restaurant on site was great - good food, drinks, and priced very reasonable. The beach was a very short walk, with 4 other beaches not far. There is a cute town 5 minutes away with resturants and food. Stacy provided great communication. I would go back in a heartbeat if I could.
