Villa Kapungu is a special place to relax. Nestled in a large garden and bordering a tropical forest, the villa is completely private and not visible from the outside. The world-famous beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, while shops and restaurants can be reached in approximately 2 km. The property also offers plenty of space and numerous quiet corners for groups of up to 8 guests.
What makes it special: Our Service Team
Our dedicated team (chef, housekeeper, gardener/pool attendant, and night guard) ensures that you can enjoy your stay completely relaxed. Our chef prepares fresh meals daily according to your wishes. The menu is discussed together, after which he buys the ingredients fresh from local markets. Grocery costs are covered by the guests; any remaining change and receipts are, of course, returned. Guests may also choose to do their own shopping. The chef’s service itself is included in your stay.
The Villa
The property consists of a main house and a guest house with a total of four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
On the ground floor of the main house, you will find two bedrooms and a spacious terrace with a dining table, seating area, and a hanging sofa swing. On the first floor, there is a cozy living room with sofas, a daybed, a small office corner, and a balcony overlooking the pool and garden. In the gallery area there is a massage table, and a professional masseuse can be arranged upon request. A highlight of the villa is the spectacular 360° rooftop viewing platform with seating area, offering views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets.
The guest house offers two additional bedrooms with private bathrooms, one with a balcony and the other with a terrace.
Outdoor Area
The approximately 2,000 m² property features a large swimming pool (about 20 × 6 m), sun loungers, hanging sofas, outdoor daybeds, a BBQ area with darts, two terraces, and many spots to relax and unwind.
