Kimberly replied within a timely manner. This was my first time using VRBO, flawless stay. Very charming cottage. We had rain & thunderstorms. Which added to the charm. Would recommend for sure. We will book again in the future.

This is such a nice, little rustic cabin up in the mountains! The Cottage was perfect for our short getaway from the heat of the desert. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few of our own meals. Spaces were all clean and the porches had comfortable seating (can't beat coffee on the porch in the mountains!). It's also within a walkable distance to the main lift which was a bonus for us, because we were able to easily get on a nice path to walk our dog a few times each day. There was live music outside near the lift and a few local restaurant options we got to enjoy, all right around the corner. The front porch had a bit more ATV noise than we were expecting, but with it being a holiday weekend it made sense there would be extra traffic. Overall we loved the ambiance of this place and will happily stay here again next time we're up in Brian Head. Definitely a new mountain favorite of ours!

After arriving on the COMPLETELY wrong weekend Heather was not only gracious and understanding, but absolutely wonderful. She readjusted our reservation (thank goodness the cabin wasn't booked for the weekend we showed up).

We loved the location and the cabin was the perfect size for us. I have allergies, and the air fresheners were a problem for me, and the last guests didn’t clean dishes properly, but those were the only negatives. We loved our time there

Lovely Cozy cabin !

I’ve stayed at this cabin before and at the 4 bedroom cabin right next to it when it was owned by previous owner. I’m happy to say it hasn’t lost any of its charm! It’s still super cozy and welcoming. The new host has fantastic prices, which is probably why it’s almost always booked! My whole family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I definitely recommend it.

Perfect Family Vacation Cabin

We had the BEST time staying in this little piece of heaven. It was close to everything so we could travel to see things during the day and come home to cook dinner in the evening. My little 5 year old loves it so much he cries when it was time to leave “but I like it so much here”We will be coming back again.

Good location. Property was as advertised, but furniture was uncomfortable and stairway upper landing was potentially dangerous. We enjoyed the back deck and both the indoor and outdoor fireplaces.

Property was exactly as described and everything works. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and easy to use. The location is excellent - close to everything, but still very quiet. My son and I really enjoyed our weekend at the cabin!

Authentic cozy perfection!

Cute cabin, comfy beds. Quiet and clean. The cabin itself is the real deal, obviously been around a long time but has been maintained and upgraded as much as possible. The bathroom is very small but functional. I enjoyed using the gas grill and the porches when the temps were mild.It's a little quirky (like low ceilings on 1st floor and steep irregular stairs to the loft) but I think that just verifies the authenticity of this real cabin, it's not some timber-and-glass mega-chalet pretending it's a cabin!Gas fireplace looked lovely and kept the place very comfortable with zero fuss.Highly recommended for anyone who likes the real deal and doesn't mind living in a compact place.

Spring break ski trip

We loved the location and ability catch shuttle across the road. Not having to lug our belongings up flights of stairs to access a condo was a huge plus for us. We did miss the hot tub/pool some of the other places offer but really enjoyed being able to watch kids play in snow from our kitchen window.

Cutest cabin on the mountain.

The cabin is adorable and very comfy. The views are spectacular. Very close to all the lifts and a really good pizza place. Was able to watch it snow while staying warm inside. Excellent fireplace that kept us nice and warm. Such a great experience. Thanks.

Cute cottage

Private free-standing cottage close to both ski fields. Cottage is small but has lots of character and is fun to stay in. There are two lounge areas which is good if you have older kids or teens. Kitchen is small so takes a little bit of organising when cooking meals.

Always Too Short

Beautiful area...magical property. We have used this as a home base for snowmobiling 10 different times since 2007 and it is adorable and relaxing.This year, we went earlier than before and I kind of freaked out seeing literally 0 snow thr whole drive from SoCal thinking there wouldnt be enough snow to cover snowmobile trails. Going up the mountain it still looked like we wouldn't find snow.Well, happily, there was just enough snow on trails with rocky areas being really minimal. It snowed on day 2 and 3 which made it basically perfect for novices like us to mess around with maybe 8" of powder in the trails through Cedar Breaks Nat'l Minument area...PERFECT.The owner did a great job of having the crews clear the driveway alongside the A-frame building for me to keep the sled trailer and my Tahoe.Next year I gotta' reserve it earlier so we can book a little more time. This place fills up early.

Great place to stay

We keep coming back. The owner does a great job of making sure you have everything you need. This cabin is located close to the town and the lifts. Cozy fireplace and perfect get away for a couple. Thanks again Kimberly!
