  • Exceptional location on the seafront with a panoramic view of the bay of Saint- Tropez.
    3-room apartment (60m2) including 2 large bedrooms (one double, one can be both twin or a double bed and one pull out couch in the salon that can sleep one person or two small people). Bright living room with sea view opening onto a 7m2 terrace, open fitted kitchen, shower room, WC. Air conditioning in all rooms.
    Bike shed or push chair shed on the ground floor.
    The appartement is located in the center, very close to all shops in the city. The apartment is on the 3rd floor.
    Distance from the beach 20m.
    Private parking place in gated court yard 3min walk from the appartement. Linen and bath towels can be included and will be an extra 25€ per person.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir können diese tolle Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Sehr tolle Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes. Die Wohnungen ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Strand direkt über die Strasse und alles fussläufig zu erreichen.

Perfect location

The place is very clean and well maintained. Audrey is very nice and attentive to what we need. Sainte Maxime is the best location, close to shops, not crowded and the view is amazing.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Sophie en famille avec nos deux filles l’une d’un an et l’autre de 7 ans et tout était nickel. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et le service fourni par Sophie et Audrey qui nous as accueilli.

Appartement très bien situé, très agréable, tout confort, conforme à l’annonce, Mme Favell est très disponible et cela est très agréable. L’appartement est juste parfait, idéal en famille avec la plage juste devant, centre ville accessible à pied: rien à dire juste parfait, encore merci.

Super Wohnung, in der man sich einfach wohlfühlen muss. Der freundliche Empfang durch Audry und ihre Hilfe bei der Gepäckbewältigung in die 3. Etage und der Einweisung in den Parkplatz waren sehr angenehm

Très bel appartement-Super

Nous avons passés de très belles vacances. L'appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos. Cuisine très bien équipée. La vue du balcon est magnifique. En vacances avec un enfant de 1an c'était l'idéal. La propriétaire est très réactivité et à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir... Angélique B

Very nice!

A 2 bed apartment in great location, walking distance to restaurants, beaches and shops. Comfortable beds, good air con. On 3rd floor with no lift would be about the only downside but it kept us fit (ish!)

Amazing apartment and everything that goes with it

This apartment is beautifully renovated with taste. Amazingly positioned with everything you need within walking distant, supermarket, restaurants and the best part ....the beach! you have it all. To top it off the host Sian was lovely and very helpful during our stay. We will definitely go back next summer! Thank you, thank you, thank you !

Sehr schöner Ort….

War im großen und ganzen sehr schön. 3.stock und laut. Wer keine Treppen steigen will ist hier falsch. Famile mit 2 Kindern optimal. Hast alles in der Nähe. Hast einen eigenen Parkplatz einfahrt bissl eng aber großer Parkplatz.

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Kontakt mit Sophie und Audrey war perfekt. Es gibt fußläufig Bäcker und 2 Kl. Supermärkte.der größere ca. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto. Strand und Stadtleben direkt vor der Tür. Daher war es manchmal laut. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet.. Es steht ein Parkplatz nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Verfügung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. .

Très bel appartement et très pratique

Appartement très beau , c’est très agréable d’y séjourner . Rien ne manque . La literie est de qualité , plein de rangements , climatisation partout . La vue est très belle . Le balcon est très appréciable même si en pleine saison la rue dessous est assez bruyante , mais c’est cette localisation qui nous a permis d’être prêts de tous les commerces et de n’avoir qu’à traverser pour être les pieds dans le sable et la mer .

The best place to relax and visit the Golfe de St Tropez

The apartment is perfect in layout and design and really well thought through. We found everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed most the balcony: large enough for 4 (and even more people) to eat. And a spectacular view over the sea and to St Tropez on the other side of the Golfe. A fantastic beach (Plage de Centre Ville) is just on the other side of the street. Shops and Cafés/restos in walking distance. The Check-in/Check-out was very well and smoothly handled by Audrey. Everything was perfect, we strongly recommend it - and hope to come back ourselves.

Thanks a lot for the great communication, perfect parking spot, super central located flat and awesome air-conditioning. Everything was first class. The only „negative point“ is that the pictures of the apartment published in Expedia don‘t transfer how great the appartment and the view on St. Tropez actually is ;)

Toller Kurzaufenthalt in Sainte Maxime

Wohnung ist sehr schön und zentral mit toller Aussicht auf Saint Tropez. Check in und out unproblematisch. Wir wurden von Audrey sehr freundlich empfangen. SMS Kontakt mit Sophie immer prompt. Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Einzig das Bad ist etwas klein. Toilette getrennt. Es hat uns rundum gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen.

Great time in Sainte Maxime

I was very concerned about an apartment overlooking a very busy and noisy main thoroughfare, but while we always hate the noise you can easily go about your life, read books during the day and get goodvdleep at night. The apartment was very comfortable...nice everything. The kitchen had everything we needed including orange squeezer for the wonderful oranges so readily available. Between the apartment and the beach right across the street and the great food in the markets about 7 minutes away we were in heaven. Our son and grandson say they love Ste. Max, want to return and thought it the best town between St. Trop and St Raphaelle. Finally, it might be off-putting for some, but we appreciated the four flights of stairs as a great way to stay in shape on vacation.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Alles in allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und die Qualität der Betten ist gut. Was man beachten sollte, die top Lage bedingt eine große Lautstärke. Die Straße ist von morgens 5:00 Uhr bis am späten Abend extrem stark befahren. Das Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten ist nach hinten und somit kein Problem, im Elternschlafzimmer ist der Straßenverkehr deutlich zu hören, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Hier wäre eine bessere Verglasung nötig. Bad und WC sind getrennt, aber jeweils sehr eng und klein. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, die Wohnung war aufgeräumt und sauber. Der Blick auf den Hafen ist toll. Der abgeschlossene Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch.

An der Wohnung hatten wir nichts auszusetzen! Alles Tip Top von der Einrichtung bis zur Ausstattung. Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt! Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gebe dann das die Sicht vom Balkon durch das Casino auf Meer etwas verdeckt ist. Aber das wäre die Kirsche auf der Torte…. Audrey und ihre Mutter waren sehr nett und haben alle unsere Wünsche und Anliegen sofort beantwortet und umgesetzt. Ich kann die Wohnung einfach nur empfehlen! Nur positive Erfahrung gemacht. Man hat alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Einkaufen, Restaurant, Café, Strandpromenade….Wir haben das Auto kaum gebraucht.

En super beliggenhet. Rett ved stranden. Kommunikasjon med utleier var meget bra. Inngjerdet privat parkering til bilen var wr pluss. Håper vi kommer tilbake.
