First impressions...great, after having to find QR code to get into the community, but that was on me; I had not carefully read the prior email; after reaching out to property manager, QR code was quickley sent to me again; we entered the gate fine. The townhouse was welcoming with soft lighting in the living area/bedrooms; beds were prestigiously made-up as I previously reported to manager; the dining table was graciously set which added to the appeal of home. Before the rest of my party arrived, my husband and I did as we do when first setting up at a rental, we wiped down door knobs, handles, faucets, etc., countertops in kitchen and baths; my husband was the first to report that the wipes were relatively clean after the wipedowns including handrail, but I had discovered the same, which was impressive to us both! The floors appeared clean of any dust/grit; most impressive were corners/baseboards free of dust, although to be fair this was a quick glance, no white glove testing. The only negative appearance to uncleanliness was the wear/tear of sofa sectional, a clean look would be great; it was a comfortable couch; however, as I have mentioned to property manager, I pulled out the extra sheets I use during travels and covered sectional for cleaniness; sometimes I use coverings for protection for nice furniture. Major negativity was the very slow draining tub in first floor bath, upstair tubs were fine. Beds were great! We did not use kitchen, no report/comments for kit.
