The undulating landscape of the Cognac region has a rich cultural and architectural heritage, idyllic villages, cultural events and numerous recreational possibilities such as cycling, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, kayaking, golf, tennis, fishing, etc. …
Cognac is the place from where the spirituous beverage is originated and is today the symbol of the bon vivant. Visit once the distillery of Cognac, Pineau de Charente or the local vintner.

The large window panel provides the accommodation with a nice spacious feeling. It gives you access to the terraces and the south oriented garden. On both terraces (above and below) and around the swimming heated pool there are contemporary design garden furniture at your disposal. There, you can enjoy in all serenity and have a nice conversation in the evening around the barbeque or play petanque.
The accommodation also disposes of a large living room with an open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms of which 2 of them have a direct access to the bathroom. The children’s room contains a bunk bed, a one person’s bed and a cot (25 €). If you hire for 6 , you have 1 room less but you get the base price.
The swimming pool is closed from novembre till Easter.
For the little ones we can inform you that all the stairs have been provided with safeguards. A high-chair, a go-cart, some steps and games are also present in the place.
The closest high-speed train connection is Angoulème, with a connection to Cognac (40 min).
By car the accommodation is accessible by the A10.
Airports: Poitiers, Bordeaux.
We advise you to take a car. 7 Bicycles are at your disposal (more rental possibilities close by).
