    St Swithuns Abode is a fabulous property where luxury meets convenience in the heart of Bournemouth town centre. With off road parking for one car, guests can easily come and go as they please without the hassle of searching for a parking space. Entrance to the property is through the communal front door and then into the hallway of the apartment.

    Shower room

    This recently installed, clean and modern space boasts a spacious double walk-in shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Bournemouth town centre and beaches. Sleek grey subway tiles and spotlights in the ceiling create a contemporary feel, while the laminate flooring and tasteful artwork add a touch of elegance.

    Facilities include a heated towel rail, WC, basin with drawer a for storage and wall-mounted mirror. We will provide towels and mini toiletries for use during your stay.

    The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.

    Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form as part of our security process. This helps ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone during your stay.

    - Infants will be counted as a guest
    - Strictly no stag or hen parties
    - Strictly no smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 for non-compliance)
    - If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning
    - Mandatory signing into the property via an external check-in form; failure to comply will result in cancellation of stay.
    - Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £40 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval.
    - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
    - Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.

    d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
