  • A spacious three bedroom multi-level apartment, recently refurbished, with enclosed balcony boasting stunning sea views over Southbourne’s award-winning Blue Flag beach. Perfect for families & groups, this immaculately presented retreat provides easy access to Bournemouth, Christchurch & the New Forest. Explore the nearby Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve, just a 5 minute drive away, or reach Bournemouth Airport in just 15 minutes. Enjoy coastal living at its finest in this idyllic sanctuary.

    You will enter the building through a communal front door, the entrance to Shoreline Suite can be found on the first floor.

    Tiled walls and sleek grey wooden flooring create a clean and fresh feel. Amenities include WC, basin with storage, a wall mounted mirror and a heated towel rail.

    Master Bedroom
    Indulge in comfort in the master bedroom of this holiday retreat. Soft carpet and large windows combine to create a spacious yet cosy ambiance.

    Relax on the stylish blue velvet upholstered double bed and enjoy catching up on some box sets using the wall mounted 35” Smart TV, which you are welcome to use to login to your preferred streaming platforms.

    An open plan dressing area offers plenty of storage space for your holiday essentials, featuring both hanging rails and drawers.

    The en-suite to the master bedroom features floor to ceiling tiles which create a modern and clean aesthetic. Amenities include a walk-in double shower, WC, basin with storage, wall mounted mirror and heated towel rail.

    Natural light filters in through a small window, adding to the serene atmosphere. We will provide towels and complimentary mini toiletries for your use during your stay.

    The modern kitchen features striking dark grey matte cabinets contrasted with light worktops and a marble-effect backsplash, creating an ambiance of contemporary elegance.

    Equipped with full-size appliances including a fridge/freezer, electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave, this kitchen caters to all your culinary needs.

    A utility cupboard houses a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.

    The dining area, cleverly integrated into the kitchen, boasts striking pendant lighting and seating for four guests. French doors adjacent to the dining table offer breathtaking views over the clifftop and out to sea, creating the perfect backdrop for memorable dining experiences.

    This idyllic space offers two comfortable chairs with footstools, inviting you to relax and soak in the panoramic views across the cliffs and out to sea. With windows that pull back, you can seamlessly transition between the comfort of indoor relaxation and the invigorating sea breeze.

    Whether you`re enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine at sunset, the balcony at Shoreline Suite provides the perfect vantage point to appreciate the natural beauty of the coastline.

    Lounge
    The bright and airy lounge at Shoreline Suite is designed with both relaxation and socialising in mind. Large glass doors and windows flood the space with natural light and two leather three seater sofas surround a glass coffee table providing ample seating for gatherings.

    Entertainment is taken care of with an immersive 65” Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favourite series. Simply use the complimentary WiFi to sign in to your preferred streaming platform.
    A staircase in the corner of the lounge leads to the lower level of the apartment.

    Bedroom 2
    Located on the lower level, the second bedroom offers a serene retreat for rest and relaxation. Sink into the comfort of the grey upholstered king size bed, flanked by bedside tables with lamps for late night reading. A 42” Smart TV is mounted on the wall for your viewing pleasure.

    A built in double wardrobe and chest of drawers provide ample storage space for your belongings.

    French doors allow natural light to filter in and lead to a small private garden, offering a tranquil outdoor space.

    Garden
    Accessible from the second bedroom, the small walled garden is perfect for enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. Partially laid to patio, this charming space features a picnic bench, and is the ideal spot for al fresco dining or simply relaxing with a book and a cup of tea.

    Bedroom 3
    Also on the ground floor, set up with two single beds, bedside tables and a built in wardrobe, the third bedroom has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

    A 25” Smart TV is mounted on the wall, and is perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. With a flexible setup, the beds can be easily converted into a super king upon request. Please let us know your preference at the time of booking.

    Family bathroom
    Conveniently located on the lower level of the apartment, the sleek and modern family bathroom is adorned with grey floor to ceiling tiles and grey wooden flooring.

    Relax and unwind in the large bath with a shower overhead, or freshen up at the basin with wall mounted mirror. Other amenities include a WC and a heated towel rail. We will provide towels and mini toiletries for use during your stay.

    The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.

    Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form as part of our security process. This helps ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone during your stay.

    - Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £40 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing a pet is subject to approval.
    - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
    - Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.

    d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
