Sea Shore is a brand new development on Alum Chine, finished with a high-specification, art deco style that is reminiscent of Bournemouth and Poole’s seaside roots. With direct on-site access to Alum Chine footpath, the beach is a matter of moments away (0.2miles). Access to Westbourne which hosts a variety of shops, boutiques and cafes is less than a mile away. Sea Shore sleeps a maximum of two people with one bedroom, one bathroom, open plan living/kitchen area and large balcony.

The Space:
Situated on the ground floor, Sea Shore looks out onto Alum Chine, with both the bedroom and living area having direct access to the property’s balcony. Enjoy a morning coffee surrounded by the peace and tranquillity of Alum Chine’s forestry.
Floor to ceiling sliding patio doors make the most of the natural sunlight in the living area, and the kitchen boasts an integrated oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Take supper times at the dining table, before relaxing on the three seater-sofa after a day of exploring the coast or Westbourne’s Arcade.
The bedroom benefits from a king-size bed and built-in wardrobe space. The apartment is completed by a sleek bathroom with walk in shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.

Technology – Free WiFi available
Kitchen – Dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Restrictions – No smoking at any time on property grounds. No pets. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours of 11pm-8am. Please bag and put all rubbish in the waste collection bins provided, and put out the night before collection, should your stay coincide with a collection day (you can find this information in the property welcome pack).
The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.
Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form as part of our security process. This helps ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone during your stay.

- If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning

- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
- Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.

d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
