Arc 1600 - Studio Apartment with Mountain View and Wi-Fi

Located in the Les Arcs ski area in Bourg-Saint-Maurice (open from mid-December to late April for skiing, and early July to late August for summer), this functional 16 m² studio accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a mezzanine double bed and two pull-out beds. You have a private kitchen, private Wi-Fi, and a private TV. Enjoy mountain views with a glimpse of Mont Blanc’s southern face and ski-in/ski-out access directly from the apartment.



Benefit from direct access to the slopes from this studio on the 2nd floor of the La Cascade residence. A secure ski locker is just 10 meters from the slopes, so you can safely store your equipment. You’ll reach the lifts without carrying your skis, except on your first day.



Street parking is available on a shared basis. The property is strictly non-smoking and parties are not permitted. Shared toys and books are available for families with children.



The studio is ideally located in the upper part of La Cascade, close to shops and the Bourg-Saint-Maurice funicular. Bed linen and towels are not provided and must be brought by you. Linen rental is available for an extra fee via the local concierge service. The apartment must be left clean; no cleaning service is included. Please protect the mattresses and pillows during your stay and treat the property and its equipment with care.
