Apartment with balcony overlooking Mont Blanc, for 4/5 people on the 8th floor (at the end of the residence, quiet, not overlooked), with elevator. The Pierra Menta residence is ideally located near shops, restaurants, ski school, equipment rental, activities, ski lift ticket office.

From Saturday to Saturday:
 • Arrival from 4 p.m.
 • Departure no later than 10 am
 • End of stay cleaning (optional, indicate when booking - 50 euros package)
 • Bed linen and towels not included (possibility to rent on site).

Rules:
• Tourist tax not included (~ € 0.88 per day and per adult)
 • 30% deposit upon booking
• Balance 30 days before the stay
• Deposit of 300 €, not debited

Cancellation:
• Reservations canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay may be reimbursed up to 100%.
• Reservations canceled between 30 and 15 days before the start of the stay, no refund will be given..
