    La piscina y su gran terraza harán las delicias de grandes y pequeños. Aprovecharás el toldo sombreado del granero para disfrutar de tus desayunos y comidas en paz. También puede retirarse al área de lectura en el entrepiso.

    Esta gran casa rural, fresca en verano, se encuentra en un granero completamente restaurado y puede acomodar de dos a cuatro personas. Cuenta con una hermosa cocina equipada, una sala de estar con TV y sofá cama y un dormitorio, así como mucho espacio de almacenamiento para una estadía cómoda. Con una estética refinada, la decoración combina lo antiguo y lo contemporáneo. Disfrutará de una vista notable del parque y su palomar del siglo XVIII.

    La propiedad está ubicada en el corazón de los viñedos de Périgord, en un área de 3 ha, y muchas rutas de senderismo atraviesan el campo.

    Si quieres dormir más, también puedes alquilar la cabaña Muscadelle que se encuentra en el extremo izquierdo del granero.

    Desde La Colombière, puede visitar fácilmente una región rica en sitios naturales, famosa por sus sitios prehistóricos e históricos y con un patrimonio excepcional.

    Tendrá acceso a todo el alojamiento y al espacio central compartido de 180m2 con entreplanta, amueblado con un sofá, sillones, mesas y bibliotecas donde los libros para jóvenes y mayores están a su disposición. El área central incluye una mesa de ping pong.
    También tendrá acceso al parque y la terraza frente al granero donde tiene un área de comedor con mesa y sillas.
    Uso compartido de la piscina climatizada de 11m x 5m, de 10 a.m. a 7 p.m., de mayo a octubre.
    Internet inalámbrico está disponible en toda la propiedad.

    Tendrá un espacio de trabajo para computadora portátil y una entrada privada, accesible desde un porche después de unos pocos pasos.

Wonderful relaxed stay

Very friendly host! Lovely surroundings, we loved our laid back week relaxing in and about the property, and in the neighborhood. With a car all amenities close by. Fantastic boulangerie in the village - best bread ever!

Beautiful property, great location and charming owners.

A wonderful property in an idyllic setting. Alain and Olivia are such hospitable hosts, you feel at home from the moment of arrival. Cannot recommend too highly, it was just a pity to leave! Thank you for a memorable stay.

Relaxing and enjoyable holiday

We had a very relaxing holiday in this gite. Olivia and Alain are friendly and helpful and we spent a very pleasant evening putting the world to rights over aperitifs. It is in a peaceful area but close to all amenities, including a very well stocked shop and a boulangerie in Bouniagues, and there is plenty to see and do in the area. The gite itself was very comfortable and clean and the pool was lovely with stunning views. We really enjoyed our holiday.

A beautifully designed 1 bedroom gite which was perfect for 2 people. Beautifully situated with wonderful views & pool. Excellent shop & bakery in the nearby village The outdoor space is shared with the owners & the 2nd gite.. The Wi Fi connection was not always reliable. The owners were very friendly & welcoming and we enjoyed our stay.

A pre wedding stay

We stayed at Olivia’s cottage for 5 nights before our wedding in France. We spent the time relaxing by the beautiful pool and it was the perfect place to unwind. Olivia was amazing and made us feel so welcome. We would highly recommend staying here it was wonderful. Couldn’t fault anything. Thank you so much Olivia. Charlotte & Lyle

Perfect Location with perfect hosts

We loved our stay here. Olivia and Alain We’re so kind and accommodating we could have not wished for more. The property was very clean well presented with all you could need. The location itself was absolutely stunning. We were looking for somewhere that was peaceful and tranquil but within a short drive from Bergerac. This property gave us all we were looking for. We would have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful property or indeed Olivia and Alain who were perfect hosts. Thank you Olivia and Alain.

Fantastic and beautiful retreat with excellent facilities and wonderful host!

We are a family of four and had the pleasure of spending 7 nights in Olivia and Alain’s property. The space was ideal and very well finished with lovely furnishings. The location is idyllic and the setting with the Dovecot and outdoor pool make this truly a great place to relax, swim, sunbathe and enjoy the Perigourd region. Olivia was a fantastic host and along with aperitifs, foie gras and local wine we could not have asked for more. We would come back to stay without hesitation! Thank you!

Au top en famille repos et confort

Un logement indépendant très confortable et naturellement frais. Rien ne manque. Le site est superbe avec une vue sur la nature, la forêt, les vignes, les étoiles depuis la piscine !!!

quite small photographs are a little misleading BUT we were offered the whole property including the barn which made it larger.Hosts were exceptional we would return

Very welcoming and beautiful location

We were received very hospitably and immediately felt very welcome. The apartment is beautiful and we had enough space for the four of us, the common area was nice, especially for our children. The rural and quiet location between the vineyards is wonderfully peaceful. The garden is spacious and the view is very nice. The pool is great, we had a wonderful holiday here! Si vous aimez le calme, les ambiances bucoliques sous un ciel étoilé à couper le souffle, les espaces champêtres avec tout le confort moderne dans un ancien corps de ferme brillamment restaurée révélant la beauté des pierres de taille et les horizons dégagés, alors ce lieu est pour vous. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Très bon accueil d Olivia et Alain qui sont de très bons conseils pour organiser les visites ou choisir un restaurant. On se serait cru en famille. Propriété alliant le calme et le charme entre l ancien et le moderne. Rare annonce où la réalité surpasse les photos. La piscine chauffée au top avec une vue panoramique sur les champs et la forêt. Grand espace commun avec table de ping pong et coin bibliothèque. Nous donne envie de revenir

Très beau gîte plein de charme et au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Olivia et Alain. Leur accueil fut très chaleureux et nous avons partagé de très bons moments avec eux ! Le gîte, très agréable et fonctionnel a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine est aussi un atout avec une vue imprenable sur les environs. C’est un endroit avec beaucoup de charme, au calme mais qui permet de rayonner très facilement dans la région, quelles que soient vos envies. Je le recommande sans hésiter et y retournerai avec grand plaisir ! Encore merci Olivia et Alain d’avoir partagé tant de choses avec nous. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre semaine à vos côtés !

Beautiful gite for a restful holiday

We spent two very enjoyable weeks in this tastefully designed gite. There was no one else in the other house, so we had the luxury of having the place to ourselves. The owners, who live on-site, couldn't have been more hospitable. We enjoyed chatting with them very much and they were always available when needed, but never intrusive. There are plenty of places to visit in the area - castles, caves, attractive villages and of course chateaux for wine-tasting. Our house was listed as being for four, but we felt that four adults would have found it rather cramped. It was absolutely ideal for two, with a fantastic rain shower and separate toilet and a well-designed kitchen. The swimming pool was a lovely temperature and the water felt very soft. It's not very deep, so not suitable for diving, but that suited us very well. All in all, we would definitely recommend this property!

Le bonheur est dans le pré !

A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par Olivia et Alain, un couple adorable et très accueillant. Nous avons séjourné dans un gîte très agréable et joliment décoré avec tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer d’excellentes vacances ! La propriété est tout simplement magnifique avec beaucoup de charme : la vie y est paisible avec une vue sur les champs et un joli pigeonnier. Sans oublier la belle piscine indispensable pendant la canicule ! Nous avons passé des vacances idylliques !!!

A beautiful stay in Southern France

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bouniagues, close to Bergerac in Southern France and by the end we were very sad to leave. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel completely at home. The owners were very welcoming and hospitable towards us. The accommodation was very well equipped, a real home from home. The grounds of the barn conversion were a real delight to behold, maintained to the highest standard. It truly is a hidden gem surrounded by beautiful countryside amongst the vineyards. I cannot recommend this place nor the owners highly enough. The weather in April was just right not to hot nor cold. We will definitely be returning to this treasured place again.

Beautiful peaceful place

This is a beautiful place to stay. Very peaceful and well appointed. Olivia and Alain were very hospitable to us and made our stay enjoyable. The pool is ideal. Not overlooked with a lovely view. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Peace & Serenity

A beautiful spot in the Dordogne. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Olivia & Alain were very hospitable and had plenty of information for places to go & visit. The property and pool was stunning and beautifully renovated. The accommodation was great and absolutely ideal for 2 people, we felt it would be a squeeze if there were four of you. A truly wonderful place and an extremely relaxing holiday. Thank you
