"This place was perfect for our family of four! We enjoyed walking to Olde Town daily. I also appreciated the quick communication and follow up’s from the owners. We would definitely stay here again."

"Traveled with an adult daughter so it was great to have the extra sleeping area. Lots of stairs though. Very nice to have a parking spot by the front door too. There were quite a few homeless people in the neighborhood but that seems to be the way it is in most neighborhoods in Denver. The rooftop patio was great. We saw a beautiful fireworks show after one of the ball games. That was a treat."

"This house was perfect for us! We attended 2 nights at the Cervantes Ballroom and were able to walk to and from venue which was a bonus. Felt safe in the neighborhood, there was plenty of free street parking in front of home. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed."

"Clean property with large rooms, high ceilings, and an incredible view. The playroom attached to the kids' room was a huge hit with our 4- and 6-year-olds! The hot tub was clean and features a great view, and the fire pit was fun to spend an evening around. Overall an excellent place to stay for families with super easy access to the national park and to all the Estes Park activities, with about a 7-minute drive to the 2 parking lots downtown. We will definitely be staying here again."

"Good place for a small group. The electrical door pad was not working so it took some time to get in. We ended up using the padlocked key, then we had to use one key for the rest of the weekend which was a little inconvenient for having multiple cars and people. They asked us if one key was ok, but really they should have a policy to fix important stuff like that right away. The place was clean and there was enough kitchen and living room space to accommodate 5 of us. Each having our own bed....
