It was a beautiful place to stay for my husband and I while we were enjoying colorful Colorado. Close to the bike path. Nice neighborhood. Easy access to other attractions. Laura was a great hostess. Would do it again in a New York minute!

2 night stay

This property was beautiful. It matched the listing. It is a basement walk out. My husband, myself, and my 8 year old stayed for 2 nights. The beds were super comfy, had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood and we walked around the neighborhood and enjoyed the view of the Rockies as we walked. Communication with the owner was through the app, and they were very prompt in responding. I recommend this location, and I would stay there again.

Wonderful Stay!

This is a very spacious modern unit that feels like a luxury hotel suite. Super accommodating hosts who were immediately responsive. All kinds of amenities and even a mountain view! On-street parking for one vehicle was always available and in a very safe neighborhood of lovely homes. Just a perfect place to stay!

The neighborhood is beautiful. The property is quite roomy for 2. Access to stores are great. There was a great King bed in the one room. There is one bathroom with tub/shower. Plenty of plates/flatware, coffee maker & standard refrigerator. You will have to wash your own dishes, and the kitchen is not full size. It has a hot plate, toaster oven & microwave & outdoor gas grill. Those are pro’s. The con’s. : a washer/dryer combo with no venting, you have to run the dryer portion for 2 hours, but the hosts instructions say 55 min & hang your clothes to continue drying. Also host said due to possibly tripping the breaker, don’t run wash/dry with any of those said cooking appliances. Also they do note that if you’re disabled it’s not a good fit. There are 17 flagstone steps to go down to the unit. We aren’t disabled, but those steps are not easy to navigate. Luckily it wasn’t raining when we arrived. The bedroom & other furniture were dusty. The ac is regulated from the hosts upstairs portion of the home, so if they’re gone, you have no control & also if you “trip” the breaker due to the electrical issues, you won’t be able to remedy that. There are no lamps in the main living area, only canned lighting. I think they need a few fixes. But all in all we were comfortable, but won’t utilize this Unit in the future.

Lovely space

This getaway space is clean, and well-equipped. We read, watched movies, made meals, sat on the patio and watched the sunset behind Long's Peak. The two beds were great for different nap schedules. It was much roomier than a hotel suite and less expensive. We appreciate it

Much bigger than expected!

Pictures can’t really show you how big the place is! Bedroom was standard with TV, dresser and a walk in closet, but the main living area was very big! Big comfortable sectional sofa, bar around kitchen with four stools, two-person table with chairs behind sofa, plus a four-person dining room table and chairs. Oh, don’t forget the extra bed tucked away off to the side. And plenty of open space between all this! And, we could see the Rockies from inside! The one down side was that it appeared the owner worked from home (or was retired) and had some sort of workshop above the main living area (the work was definitely not on a computer). We got snowed in one day and thought at first maybe they were redecorating or moving furniture but after 6 or so hours determined that it must be some kind of work shop. The noise was not a constant noise and stopped around 4 or 5, so as long as you plan to be out and about during the day, this is a fantastic place to stay.

Lots of room and easy space

We came to Longmont for a friends wedding with our 4 year old son. He love the openness of the property and all the cushions and giant couch for his fort building. Kitchenette and bathroom were all in great condition for an extended stay. King bed is super cozy.

Spacious Longmont

Laura and Craig's place is roomy and clean with comfortable beds and furniture. From condiments to bath supplies, they have thought of everything one might need while traveling. The location made getting where we needed to go in Longmont easy.

Wonderful Stay

Spacious and comfortable

The openness of this high ceiling basement level lodging was wonderful for a family gathering. We used it as "home base" for our grandchildren to visit and have meals with us and play games. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and Craig and Laura were the perfect hosts - unseen but always responsive to any need. Would definitely come again.
