Spread out in a large,1600 sq foot comfort suite 1 bedroom plus additional nook

  • Spacious 1600 square foot walk out basement suite with lots of natural light. Outdoor patio overlooks beautiful gardens. To get to the entrance follow a flagstone path to a set of flagstone steps (not suitable for anyone with walking disabilities) to a french door.Keypad private entrance with easy on street parking. Up to three beds available (2 existing, a king and a queen and 1 single can be added)

    Sectional sofa can provide additional sleeping area. Fully outfitted kitchenette with Keurig, blender, microwave, toaster oven, bar sink, new washer/dryer unit. There is private outdoor dining space with an infrared gas grill. Main bedroom has a large walk in closet. Living area has 42” flat screen tv and an additional tv in bedroom. We have exterior security cameras for the protection of our home and guests. These do not record sound and are not in the interior of the suite.

Great location!

Amazing host, very clean accommodations, central location in a nice area. We really enjoyed our time in and around the surrounding area. The Roost and GA Boys BBQ were great dinning options and very close. Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Wonderful Stay

Enjoyed the stay, very roomy and comfortable home. If I'm back in the Denver area I would definitely come back. Recommend to anyone looking for a quiet get-a-way with a good location.

Wonderful Stay!

This is a very spacious modern unit that feels like a luxury hotel suite. Super accommodating hosts who were immediately responsive. All kinds of amenities and even a mountain view! On-street parking for one vehicle was always available and in a very safe neighborhood of lovely homes. Just a perfect place to stay!

First time in Boulder

We enjoyed the stay. It was what we needed for the time we were there. Very spacious for our little family. Very well stocked too. The hosts communicated promptly to anything we needed.

This VRBO rental was excellent. The actual size of the space was even larger than I expected from the photos, and there was plenty of room for us.

Spacious Longmont

Laura and Craig's place is roomy and clean with comfortable beds and furniture. From condiments to bath supplies, they have thought of everything one might need while traveling. The location made getting where we needed to go in Longmont easy.

2 night stay

This property was beautiful. It matched the listing. It is a basement walk out. My husband, myself, and my 8 year old stayed for 2 nights. The beds were super comfy, had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood and we walked around the neighborhood and enjoyed the view of the Rockies as we walked. Communication with the owner was through the app, and they were very prompt in responding. I recommend this location, and I would stay there again.

Convenient - Top notch accomodation

This spacious unit was perfect for our five night stay and offered convenient access to Boulder. Local Longmont eateries were a good option. The kitchen was perfect for light meals and was well appointed. The entire space was beautifully decorated and most comfortable. The hosts were kind and available from time of check in to departure

Spacious and comfortable

The openness of this high ceiling basement level lodging was wonderful for a family gathering. We used it as "home base" for our grandchildren to visit and have meals with us and play games. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and Craig and Laura were the perfect hosts - unseen but always responsive to any need. Would definitely come again.

Lots of room and easy space

We came to Longmont for a friends wedding with our 4 year old son. He love the openness of the property and all the cushions and giant couch for his fort building. Kitchenette and bathroom were all in great condition for an extended stay. King bed is super cozy.

Love Staying at this Home!

Our second time staying at Craig & Laura's home, many years apart, and the consistency in both stays was impressive! So clean, such good communication, comfortable, great location, everything you can use is amazing! Thank you and we will be back! Highly Recommend!!
