Gorgeous, peaceful, property and home
Dream location for my nephew’s graduation from college at Boulder. Rooms and space feels like you are living in a Dwell magazine property. First class fixtures throughout. Owners were wonderful to work with and very personable. I highly recommend you visit!

CU Family Weekend Stay
Perfect place for our family when we came up to visit our son for Family Weekend at CU Boulder. The rental unit is well appointed and so beautiful. Beds were super comfortable and I was happy to be able to cook meals for my family and hang out all together. You are outside of town but it is a quick drive in to downtown Boulder. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Dreadfully Spectacular!
The property was top notch. Stephen and Hunter were incredible hosts and made us feel right at home. The perfect location for us to spend a few days with our daughter while we prepared to drop her off at CU Boulder. Will most definitely book this property for future trips!

Wonderful oasis
We stayed here with our two teen-aged children for a CU Boulder drop off. The location is about 15 minutes from campus and feels like your own personal resort with beautiful landscaping and large pool. Highly recommend

Great Boulder Get-a-Way!
Perfect location to enjoy all that Boulder area has to offer. Hosts are exceptional and accommodations are wonderful. Beautiful scenery, and hikes to and fro were great. Pool is a great place to relax and the Summer. The whole experience was fabulous!

Great hosts, beautiful place
The hosts were very attentive and friendly. Beautiful house and scenery, with a creek in the back yard roaring from the winter snow melt. The appliances and amenities were top notch, but the VRBO dogs were the best amenity :o) Thank you Stephen and Hunter!

Graduation week stay
Beautiful and clean and comfy! Had everything we needed and our hosts were fabulous- this was the perfect place for us to stay during graduation week! 15-20 mins to the festivities, but it was nice to be away from the crowds when we wanted a little break. Would highly recommend!

A beautiful home!
We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids who are 13 years old. The house was perfect for us! The home is very pretty inside and out, very clean, has a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable. The check in process was very easy and the owner was very communicative and super nice. The view was beautiful and location was perfect. It's about 10 mins from all the Boulder hot spots and 40 mins to Denver. We loved our stay here!

Perfect Location for College Visits
We combined our love of Colorado with two college visits and this location was perfect-just north of Boulder. The house was beautiful, comfortable for four of us and our two dogs. The outside area is lovely with outstanding landscaping and natural beautiful. Stephen was a warm and generous host, even making home-made chicken soup for us when my husband came down with a bad cold. The house is attached to the owners' home, but this still provided privacy. We would stay here again!

Boulder Guest House
Attention to detail was outstanding in both the interior and exterior design / decorating. Stephen and Hunter were available at all times but by no means overbearing. Hunter even brought our Door Dash order over when it was misdelivered (twice). I'm so happy we made the right choice in staying at the Boulder Guest House!

Wonderful Property, Kind Hosts
We recently returned from staying here for a full week and loved everything about the experience. The host/owners live next door and the pool is shared with them - they were delightful and we felt like we had plenty of our own time and space to enjoy the pool, plus when we were there at the same time they were wonderful and interesting to visit with as we swam. The home had plenty of room for our family of 5, with 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The decor was beautiful and modern, the kitchen/laundry appliances were high end and lovely, and all around we wished we could have stayed longer! This was a short drive to Longmont (for the summer softball tourneys) and to Boulder (for activities and restaurants), but overall was wonderfully secluded and peaceful as well. Great trip, great hosts, great home!

Peaceful and Fun
Stephen and Hunter have a beautiful attached pool house. We stayed here for 18 days while in between moves. The home had everything we needed and more. Everything was comfortable and if I needed anything, they were there to help. I highly recommend staying here. Also, the dogs on the property were wonderful to play with. Great location away from noise but close enough to everything you want in Boulder.

Artsy decor with European flair. The accommodations were stellar! We are already planning a return!
I was impressed by the artsy decor and even more so by the European appliances and fixtures making our visit incredibly comfortable. All the comforts of home and more! Perfect for two couples with two master bedrooms one up and one down plus an extra sitting room. Excellent use of space and easily accessible to main roads.

Perfect late summer getaway
We recently stayed at this property as a family and enjoyed our stay greatly! The property and grounds were gorgeously designed. Landscaping around the pool lent to making the experience serene and peaceful. Everything was clean and well maintained. The water accents throughout the property were beautiful! Owners were very friendly, helpful and not obtrusive. Would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway, but is close enough to Boulder to enjoy the vibrant city life it offers.

Our stay in Boulder!
Great location Beautiful property! The owners of the property were very nice- they live on the property but definitely not intrusive- we enjoyed talking to them!( they were helpful with different hiking places to go) They had 3 awesome dogs- you really didn’t have to see them but we wanted to! I would definitely recommend this property to a great Boulder experience! Close to everything! Awesome house!

We enjoyed our stay in the Colorado home very much! The home was very we’ll appointed everything we needed. So close to everything 10 min to Boulder, 35 miles from Eastes park. The pool was a big plus nice and quiet neighborhood very peaceful . Just a little ways out of town so you got the best of both. Very nice accommodations and wonderful stay!!!

Zen Mountain Oasis
Our family enjoyed a delightful stay at this Middle Fork Road home. Hunter and Stephen are the most gracious and friendly hosts. They’ve found a great balance of sharing their space with guests. If you’re a fan of beautiful landscaping, this is the perfect retreat for you…..gorgeous flowers and trees everywhere, fountains, and plenty of sitting areas to enjoy some peace and quiet. The pool is large and we enjoyed using it daily; the water temperature was perfect. The rental itself had everything we needed. All 4 of us slept well in the comfy beds and super-cozy bedding. We definitely look forward to returning. Thank you Stephen and Hunter for sharing your home with our family!

Perfection
What a trip! This was home base for celebrating our CU Grad and another small family. Hosting was so easy! Every detail and finishes both inside and out are high end. Hosts are charming, as are their dogs. Property is perfection in every way. We did make a stop at the nearby Safeway to stock up for kitchen and pantry essentials, but all else provided is superb - bedding, storage, kitchen and bathroom finishes, backyard comfort, parking, plus a view of mountains, trees, swimming pool and hot tub. And a river out back! Heaven. We'll be back even if our kid moves away from Boulder!

Lovely hosts at a lovely guest house
Our family enjoyed our socially-distanced stay at this lovely guest house. The property was beautiful and the hosts more than accommodating. The pool was perfect for our kids and we enjoyed seeing wild turkeys and deer on/near the property. A few things to be aware of, that may affect your comfort: this property is an ATTACHED GUEST HOUSE. The yard and pool are shared and directly behind the main house. The owners were never intrusive or bothersome but certainly there. The owners have DOGS. This did not affect our family, which do have dog allergies, but there were times when there was light to moderate barking and occasional dog poop in the yard. The SLEEPER SOFAS are HARD. The owners provide mattress pads for all but they are still very firm. There is a LOT of NATURAL LIGHT in the property including skylights in the master and den. The shades do little to block light so if you are a late sleeper or are traveling with people who need dark sleeping spaces, this may be an issue for you. Overall, we had a very nice stay and enjoyed our time.

We loved this place and felt lucky to be there. High quality interior and exterior, really stylish. We were spoiled. Well furnished kitchen. Great pool. Easy to get to town and less "distant" than I feared (I typically prefer to stay in town). Worth the extra distance.

Lovely stay at a beautiful house!
We really enjoyed our stay at this modern and beautiful home. The property is very well maintained. It is a few minutes away from the main city of Boulder and about 45 minutes from Estes Park. Our kids loved the gorgeous pool and our dog had a lot of space to move around as well. Stephen and Hunter were very pleasant hosts and were responsive to our needs. Overall a great stay!

Pool paradise
My husband and two small children had so much fun on a little staycation at this beautiful property. The guest house is decorated beautifully with comfortable furniture and high end appliances. Our kids played in the pool for hours and we also enjoyed checking out some nearby hikes and places to play by the creek. I loved the steam shower and soaking tub with a view. Just to offer more clarity, this guest house is connected to the main house and the main house looks out onto the pool. It wasn't a problem at all but the listing doesn't make that totally clear and it's good to know what to expect. The owners were friendly and helpful and gave us plenty of privacy at the pool. I only wish I had a kid-free day to just hang on the lounge chairs, drink and swim all day! Also note that the 'flex room' is the third bedroom which has the most comfortable pull out sofa I have ever slept on and also a pocket door to close for complete privacy from the rest of the house. Also, the creek that runs at the edge of the property doesn't offer easy access but we found some awesome spots along a river to play in just 10 minutes away. We did see a flock of wild turkeys on the property along the creek though! We would recommend this property and hope to come back again. Thanks Stephan and Hunter!

Beautiful, relaxing stay!
For a family of 4 looking to get away, we couldn't have asked for more - a beautiful, private pool; mountain views; sounds of the birds and stream in the backyard; and a great kitchen to cook in! There are many hiking, biking and fishing options nearby, and after a morning of activities, we enjoyed relaxing in the pool surrounded by gorgeous landscaping and flowers. This property is truly a hidden gem managed by kind and attentive owners!

“Heaven on Earth”
This home is beyond anything we expected. The entire place exudes comfort, luxury and is so pleasing on the eyes. The interior design is exquisite. Every room could be in a magazine. The grounds are spectacular with specialized lighting features. We took advantage of the pool nestled among the pines everyday. Bottom line, we will surely be back. We had a wonderful gathering of family and friends. The owners are just lovely. This is a hidden treasure. ENJOY!

Perfect Location for Ironman
First of all Stephen, Hunter & the spectacular 6( dogs that is) were so kind & helpful. Stephen & Hunter were attentive to anything we needed & truly great people! We were close to Boulder Reservoir for the Ironman & took complete advantage of the pool & patio. It was hot! The kitchen is great, just make sure you familiarize yourself with it before cooking a meal to avoid opening & closing cabinets a million times like we did. Eating outside on the patio was a pleasure. Easily slept 6 people & beds were super comfy! Very pleased for first time VRBO users!

Our family rented the home and guest house from Stephen. It was beautifully decorated with all amenities that you could ask for. The setting with the pool & mountains in the back was awesome. Perfect location with lots of privacy.

Beautifully decorated holiday home
The house is located a few minutes outside of Boulder in a very calm and nice area, ideal for trips to downtown Boulder, to Denver and to the Rocky Mountains. It is very comfortable and beautifully decorated and contains everything one would need. It was really nice to have the pool, which is surrounded by a really nice garden. The owners were really nice, helpful and welcoming. We’d certainly stay there again if we were in the area again.

Beautiful, Relaxing, Impeccable
We came to Boulder for a reunion and I was so impressed with this amazing home. We had the guest house that is beautifully decorated with all the amenities one could imagine! The steam shower and tub were wonderful!! We had a super fun time at the pool and enjoying the gorgeous property. Fresh flowers delivered by the hosts topped off our incredible weekend! I would recommend this property 100% and hope we can visit again! Big Thank you to our amazing hosts and that includes the adorable doggies too! A real gem so close to downtown Boulder!
