"Upon arrival, the unit had not been cleaned. I texted Ted, the Host and he arranged to have his Cleaning Company arrive the next morning to clean the unit. The unit was then cleaned well. And Ted made it right by crediting me a 1st night and early next day cost."

"Nothing, didn't get a copy of my ID so they changed the code on the door so she couldn't my get in. In the middle of the night as well. Then threatened the cops if we didn't my leave right away although all our stuff was still in the room. I was charged for the night even though they changed the code before midnight.. offered ID after I got off work in the morning and was threatened with the cops."

"Very clean, well equipped kitchen, good location, excellent communication with host. Renters should know that the air conditioning has limited circulation and does not reach the kitchen or living area. The bedroom stays cool but other areas are uncomfortable if it is over about 85 degrees."
