This is a good deal. Lots of perks for a low price. The only possible downside is that unless you need to be in the area, it’s not particularly close to any attractions.

The breakfast was excellent. Everywhere including the pool area is so clean. The room was very quiet. I loved the stay.

This hotel was as comfortable as visiting a long lost friend. The woman at the desk was engaging and fun. The breakfast was a wonderful experience of pastries and hot foods set out in a way that gave a crowd plenty of room to navigate. There are restaurants nearby that are trendy and the pool was the perfect entertainment for the kids on a snowy winter day.

Very nice lodging. Rating is because we asked for Friday and Sunday maid service. We were told all rooms were cleaned on Sunday. Spend Sunday in Boulder, came back to find the room was not cleaned, running out of towels and toilet paper. Expected a little better. Will stay here again but will be more aggressive about the cleaning schedule.

We were disappointed in a few things. The bathroom door scraped the tile floor so much so that it made a loud noise, and it was difficult to open and close. The toilet paper was very bad quality for a room that costs 265 a night. I wish that there were real mugs in the room for drinking morning coffee. The Breakfast was very nice and the bagged up snacks were a nice touch. Very clean.

Hampton do not do real mugs at this time and we are not set up for real mugs, plates and cutlery on property. Thank you so much for the valuable feedback.

The staff was above and beyond the best We have had in years. Thoughtful, accommodating, and went out of their way to make our stay so special. We have stayed at 5 star hotels and not have service as good as we received here. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Ron, we appreciate the great review. Unfortunately, rates do run higher in Boulder in the peak summer season. Off season rates definitely run lower so hopefully you get a chance to come visit again.

Property was clean and well cared for staff was friendly. Our only concern was that the hot tub and pool were not working for the majority of the time we were there, that was an amenity we were counting on.

Stay here for any event at Boulder Reservoir
Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Nice amenities and nice selection at breakfast. Convenient to Boulder Res. Walking distance to several restaurants. This is the place to stay for any event at the Boulder Reservoir!

OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large and comfortable. Staff is very nice and accommodating. the pool and hot tub are nice, however the pool water is cold! The breakfast is really good, several choices, hot and cold, and the coffee was good! Neighborhood is quiet. There is a restaurant withing walking distance, and a grocery store about two miles away. I would recommend this hotel for your Boulder CO stay.

We stayed here because it is close to the reservoir for the Ironman 70.3 race. It is also very close to groceries and easy to get downtown.
