Basement Fun
This was a private basement, and it was nice. It snowed the whole time we were there, but the basement was cozy and warm. They had a beautiful backyard and we had everything that was needed for a short stay.

Overall Great Boulder trip
It was the perfect place to stay on my father daughter trip to Colorado from NY. The hosts didnt cut any corners in their accommodations. We arrived to a very well maintained and welcoming residence. We went to the Rockies and Denver Nuggets gameso the location was great. I highly recommend

comfortable and convenient
Becky's apartment was perfect for us. It is very cute and comfortable. The design of the windows in a basement apartment was great! The only negative comment I have is the lightbulbs could be brighter. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay In Boulder
Look no further. Great option for your stay in Boulder. Very clean, plenty of space, comfy beds and a great host. Solid, quick communication. Neighborhood is nice and very close to wherever you want to go to. Stayed for a game weekend and would come back again.

Great Location for touring
Everything we needed. Clean, well & thoughtfully appointed. Long weekend touring various tourist destinations so location to highways ideal. Only things to consider: this is not for cooking only hotplate and mini microwave which we did not need! There is full size fridge but freezer is limited per owner. (2) access path to VRBO rental from street to side of house dark-i had my flashlight due to vision issues- so be prepared. Motion detector lights do not activate until you're on middle part of side of house - tough for my vision coupled with tiny 8x8 pavers on tight side of house that couldn't really see. Would i stay here again - YES!!

WOW!!!
Soooo close to campus! It sure beats our $400+/night hotel room just days before. I can not begin to express just how wonderful and pleasant it was to stay here. All of the amenities that were available made it just so much like being right at home. Truly a pleasant home to stay in. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Lots of Space and Close to All Things Boulder
This was my absolute favorite place to stay in Boulder. I stayed there two weeks this year and two weeks last year. And I hope to continue this trend.:) Becky is awesome and so is her house. You better book early before someone grabs it!!

A refuge close to everything
From first communication through to check out, communication was clear and friendly. The space is very pleasantly appointed and welcoming. They’ve got a great library. Everything about this was just right.

A weekend in Boulder
This spot is great for a few people spending some time in Boulder. We were surprised by how spacious the space felt. Although there is not much walking distance, it was a short drive to downtown and campus and about an hour to Rockey Mountain National Park.

Lovely, comfy space
Becky’s property was clean and cozy. Plenty of space for two friends traveling together. Beds were comfortable, living room was a great spot to relax after long hikes. Our host was welcoming and a great communicator. Would stay again.

Convenient and clean
Very clean, well-stocked and quiet. Good internet for those who need to work. Comfortable beds. Close to CU. Enjoyed the cable and streaming options. Appreciated the welcome beverages! Only caution is that path to private entrance around back is a bit hard to navigate (especially after dark) and parking is on the street so those with mobility challenges may have trouble. Overall a great stay!!

Good Option to Stay in Boulder, CO
Everything is as described and well organized, and it is a good option to stay in Boulder. Just reminding several issues before your book: 1. it is a basement, 2. you can only park on the street, and there are lots of cars parking on the street, 3. there is NO paved sidewalk from the street to this basement.

Perfect cozy space for a small family!
We found this property to stay in during our son's swim camp at UC Boulder. The location relative to campus and downtown Boulder is perfect. We appreciated the tidy, well-supplied unit for our needs (cooking most meals, being able to do laundry after hikes/bike rides). The legos, games, and puzzles were a wonderful surprise for our son during his downtime. :-) If we need to stay in Boulder again, we'll be back!

Excellent and relaxing stay for College Graduation
What a gem of a property. Everything you need and close to everything. We were in town for my son’s graduation and coming back to the apartment to rest in between graduation stuff felt like coming back to my own home. I will definitely rent here again next time I am in Boulder. Rebbeca is the best!

Great location for our time in Boulder
Property owner was fantastic to work with. She provided great details, answered all of our questions, allowed us to check in early. It worked perfect as she and her family left for the weekend, which gave us the opportunity to park in her driveway vs. street parking. She made us feel welcome and provided us a couple of beers and sparkling waters. Everything worked out great for us.

Great location to CU Boulder. Quiet neighborhood.
Our first response, oh no! Basement apartment stairs to consider! After reading description and seeing the photos online I knew this property was perfect for us. No where in the description was there mention of stairs. If there had been we probably not have reserved this property however that would have been a mistake. We only made the trip up or down stairway two times a day. Upon check in with our host, she immediately told us we could have a full refund on the spot! We are 80 years old after all weak knees. We stayed and had a great time. This downstairs apartment was well kept, very clean, and comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe place to stay near CU.

Great stay!
Our stay was fantastic. Because it is street parking, we had an issue on Saturday night due to a neighborhood party, but the host quickly resolved it and we were back on track! It’s not the best arrangement if you have big suitcases in the snow/ice, but manageable. The stairs to the basement space are a little steep, but again very manageable. Overall me and my daughter had a lovely stay!

Exactly what I was hoping for
My priorities were a kitchen, a comfortable couch with lots of pillows and blankets, and enough privacy to just be still for a couple of days. This place was perfect! I rested, cooked good food, took a bath in the oversized/deep tub, and just generally enjoyed every minute. I will be back when I need another staycation!

Rebecca and her family could not have been nicer, they are simply good people. The basement, two bedroom apartment has an easy location in a neighborhood near the Boulder campus and was clean, stocked and well maintained. Rebecca was around, if we needed, and happy to give adventure advice and chat. A great stay, would absolutely return.

Drop off week at CU Boulder
We stayed here for 5 nights during move-in week at CU Boulder, and it served our needs perfectly. The spacious basement apartment is VERY clean, and comfortable. Becky is always available and the apartment gives you privacy. The location is 5 minutes to campus in a quiet neighborhood. It is also close to groceries, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, & more.

Becky was an awesome hostess and went above and beyond to make me feel at home from the welcome bottle of wine to all the preparations for early morning coffee. I will definitely book this place again when visiting my son at CU Boulder. Plenty of room for my family, they just opted to stay in their new apartment.

Great Location!
We needed a place to stay while we visited our son in Boulder. The location was a mile from our son and the area was close to everything we wanted to do (hiking, restaurants, etc.). Rebecca was in contact with us to make sure everything was in order when we arrived. The place is quite bright for being in the basement of their home. The only suggestion would be more lighting in the bathroom or a lighted makeup mirror in the bedroom, but that is one very minor detail. We will definitely stay again! A hidden gem!
