"With a metro station a block away and all the amenities nearby, this is in a great location for exploring Paris. The apartment was very clean. It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. It's next to an elementary school, so you hear kids during the day, but it's quiet at night."

"The flat is as described, though I’m uncertain it technically classifies as two bedrooms considering one is just a bed with a curtain that closes. The location is amazing - very close to public transportation, lots of shops and restaurants, and a grocery store nearby. It should be noted that this flat is in close proximity to a school, so it’s quite noisy in the mornings - lots of kids coming and going. "We stayed for 1 week at Emmanuel's place. We started communicating on WhatsApp prior to arriving at the location - I just punched his number into WhatsApp and started texting. We also got recs on a nearby boulangerie. We had a midnight check in which went smoothly. Upon checking in our group could tell that we were visiting someone's home rather than a vrbo that was just bare bones. There was a ton of personal touches and books which made us feel we were at home. There is a bar across the street...

"Check-in - Catherine & her husband were there to greet us at check-in with keys and a tour of the house. They were super generous in stocking the fridge with waters, juices for the kids, milks, and creamer for coffee! And a fantastic bottle of wine and fruit from the garden as a welcome, which we enjoyed on the balcony! The house is lovely - the photos don't do it justice. "No A/C as was indicated in ad. Rooms on the top level got very hot. Two of the doors to the exterior and 1 window on main level could not be locked or closed properly. Main bathroom only had one small functioning lightbulb, made for very dim bathroom use after dusk. Bring toilet paper. Would not recommend."
