"The property was very clean and tidy. The Continental Breakfast provided was varied, plentiful and fresh. We only met the owner, Rosie and one other member of staff called Linda. Both were very welcoming, nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t really have time to investigate the area as our stay there had been for the purpose of visiting friends who we had met on previous holidays abroad and to attend their daughter’s wedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at Hogwarts again...

"A deceptively spacious accommodation which easily slept 9 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with the usual items and smoothly led onto the dining area and garden area. The living room and bedrooms were really tastefully decorated and again, spacious. Would I use this accommodation again? Yes, it met our needs, nicely located for a walking weekend and our host was very helpful in answering all our questions"

"We stayed for three nights, and really enjoyed pottering round Rye and mornings on the beach. Robin Hill is a wonderful place to stay, a welcoming and comfortable family home. Communication was excellent, the house very clean, and it was so nice to stay somewhere with character and history in equal measure! Many thanks :)"

"Located a short distance from the railway station and Whitstable harbour, all well signposted. The accomodation located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Great little kitchenette, coffee, tea, milk and biscuits supplied which was much appreciated on our arrival and the prosecco was a pleasant surprise too. Loved the bathroom and shower. Everything you might need for a short stay. I most definitely will be visiting Whitstable again (I have family here)...

"Beautiful property, well equipped with breakfast hamper provided. Felt very secure but further from the sea than described. Only issues was the limited head room in places as this is located in the roof space of the building ie toilet area of bathroom, shower, living room. Bed is located in a corner and head space is limited whilst in bed. A lovely property otherwise. "

"We loved our stay at the farm. The ideal location for driving to lovely local towns, Whitstable etc., check-in was very smooth and we were greeted on arrival. The cottage is really well stocked, not the usual rental with no crockery/wine glasses. We even remarked that the bedding & towels smelt so fresh. "The house is perfect for a getaway in the Weald. It was spotlessly clean. A nice welcome package with milk, cereal and tea made breakfast easy. Everything was in good nick. Recommend their pub The Kings Head in nearby Staplehurst. Also 50 minutes to London from there if you want no more beautiful countryside."

"The hotel was good. I had a sea facing room. The room was spacious but the mirror light was not functioning. We couldn't keep the window open and it was so hard to open. We wanted to open the window and turn the AC off as this was right above the bed. The room was too warm with the AC off and blows too cold even on the low setting when it was on, so we would have liked to just open the window but this was too difficult to open and aslo impossible to keep open"
