"It was the worst experience ever. I took my whole family from Texas and Virginia (13 of us total) for a 4-day weekend and ended up leaving the next day. Our rooms were old and dirty. This place needs to be updated. I will never recommend this place to anybody I know. The surrounding area was awful. They let the dogs run and pooped around the beach. Owners don't clean up after their pets. We will never book this place again. The website is misleading."

"The booking was after 7:00 PM and the hotel manager made time to show the entire home room by room, explain the amenities, and walk the grounds to enhance the experience. The tour included a detailed list of local attractions including Angeles City, local fresh food market, options for transportation, and the massive SM Mall. All requests were accommodated and the staff went above and beyond at every turn to make our stay more than satisfying to include no charge for late checkout. I am planning...

"This could be a nice room. It’s large, has a huge glass wall bathroom with freestanding bath tub plus walk in shower.
This room #305 had a broken exhaust fan, so musty smells and humidity in the bathroom, it also had a bathroom ceiling light out. The “hot” water takes Forever to get to the shower. This may be a building wide central water heater problem. The water is barely warm once it gets there. The WiFi didn’t work, no internet. So the TV didn’t provide anything to watch. The central air con...
