Excellent Location
We stayed in this home for four months while my brother was getting treatment at Dana Farber. The location is walking distance to the hospital, multiple T stations, Fenway, shopping, downtown Boston, etc. The home is large and well appointed with comfortable beds and furniture. Home owners were accessible and quick to make needed repairs. Highly recommend this home.

Girls' Weekend in Boston
We really enjoyed our long weekend getaway at this property! Great space for gathering, bedrooms were large, en suite bathrooms were excellent for privacy & convenience, everything was neat, tidy, and clean! This townhouse is great for families, couples, or friends, but not for those who can't do stairs. Conveniently located directly on the T Greenline C, so easy in-and-out travel to just about anywhere in the city. The pictures are 100% accurate. The only downsides were: 1. The distance/time to downtown destinations and 2. the single parking space that comes with the property. Both manageable. We would definitely stay here again!

Make-up Graduation Trip
Flew to Boston for our daughter's college graduation (finally). The house was perfect for our family and a couple friends we had. All the rooms had their own private bathrooms and the location in Brookline was perfect walking distance to downtown Boston. Had a great long weekend.

Great place to stay!
We were a group of 4 couples and this location was perfect in every way!! Plenty of space for gathering in the kitchen or living room as a whole group. The bedroom situation was excellent! 2 up/2 down and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Location was a plus as well. We were able to walk, take train and/or Uber everywhere with ease. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

Fabulous property
This home is as stunning in person as in the pictures. The location is perfect with a green line metro stop steps from the property. There is a Whole Foods a few minutes by walk and a great restaurant as well. There are hairdryers, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. All 4 bedrooms have their own bath which made life wonderful for the 7 adults we had this past week. We will definitely rent this again on any return trip to Boston. Nancy was easy to work with and communicated quickly. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Brownstone in a Great Location
This was a great place. It was three couples and we had a great time. The house had a lot of space where we could all be together. Amenities were fantastic and the location is right by a T stop. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Outstanding location
This is a very nice property. Newly renovated. Clean. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Great bathrooms. Plenty of room. Great location near public transportation that is very easy to navigate. Downsides: for those using the upstairs bedrooms, you do get some noise from the unit above. It’s manageable. The kitchen could also stand to be equipped a little better but, again, it was manageable. We will definitely consider this property for our return trips to Boston!

Lovely residence in a great location!
Beautifully maintained, all rooms are spacious and pleasant. The kitchen set up is great for 8 people, we entertained grandsons by making Christmas cookies at the long counter. All in all, a great experience for our family.

We could not be happier with our stay at this property, and have already booked a return visit. It is spacious, beautiful, impeccably clean, and located nicely between Cambridge and Downtown (the areas we had business in). The owner was warm and responsive. Highly recommended.

The Best!
Our family of four decided to have our Thanksgiving in Boston and rented this VRBO. The apartment far exceeded our expectations. It was extremely large with four wonderful bedrooms. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Everything was exceedingly clean. The apartment was fully appointed, very tastefully decorated, updated with latest technology including thermostats, Wifi, TV etc. Best of all it had a large fully outfitted kitchen where we were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner for our family without having to supplement any dishes, pots, utensils etc.. The apartment was wonderfully quiet and in a great neighborhood. We walked almost everywhere although we had to option of a T-stop right out the front door. Nancy the manager was great to work with and very responsive. Being first time VRBOers she was very helpful in explaining the process. Our family would highly recommend this apartment. We are going to look for excuses to visit Boston again and hopefully stay at this same location. Definitely a 5+ star location.

Great apartment, great location
This was our second time staying at this apartment. The location is great and though Beacon Street is bustling during the day, at nighttime this apartment is dark and quiet. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. There is plenty to see, do and eat within walking distance or by train with a convenient green line stop right at the corner. Highly recommend this place!

Great location for baseball fans and Boston explorers!
This was a perfect location for our group of friends celebrating our 50th birthdays. It is clean and spacious and up-to-date. It was easy to enter the property with the pre-provided codes. The location is amazing! We walked to Fenway on Friday night to watch the Red Sox beat the Yankees :) There is a Whole Foods and a wine store across the street as well a wonderful bakery (Tatte) on the next block. I was able to walk across the street for a pedicure and there were two day spas close by as well. It was an easy walk home from O'Leary's Pub and a short walk to the Time Out Market on Park Drive, a great location for yummy food choices and delicious cocktails in a relaxed but urban location. We didn't have many questions, but Nancy was quick to answer when we did. I highly recommend this rental and will eagerly return. You should put on your Fitbit and get ready to get your steps in because there is so much to see and do within walking distance (though we found Uber/Lyft to be quick and easy as well). One note is that the alley is narrow so be careful if you take a car to park. Only feedback we could think of was more hangers in the closets and maybe an extra blanket in each closet. One of the downstairs tubs was slow to drain. There are plenty of dishes and towels and paper products, etc. and there were hair dryers and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in all of the baths. Two full sets of washer/dryers though we didn't use them on our short 3-day stay. We never watched any TV because we were busy exploring the city, but not all bedrooms have TV's which could be an issue for some guests. We loved it!!

We have stayed at this property twice in two years and both times have been wonderful! The house is as nice in person as it presents in pictures. Location is fantastic with a bakery, a handful of restaurants and a Whole Foods all within a short walk away. Nancy, the property manager, is quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Great location, the apartment was clean and well-cared for. The photos don't lie - this is an upscale property in a beautiful, centrally located neighborhood. Would stay again or recommend to others.

Excellent location and very nice accommodations. There were four of us in our group and we each had plenty of space and privacy. Kitchen and dining area is a great space for socializing. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to the medical campuses, plenty of restaurants and a T stop just out front. Highly recommend.

Great city location for a large group!
Our group of four baby boomer couples spent a terrific long weekend in this Boston apartment. Location is great -- right on Beacon Street, steps from the T, and within walking distance of Fenway Park and the Gardiner Museum. If you're a walker you can easily walk to Boston Commons and even the North End. Apartment is spread over three floors and the bedrooms are very comfortable, each with its own bath. Top floor bedrooms are a little bigger, ones on the ground level (half-basement) are still perfectly nice, especially for kids. Those who prefer soft mattresses should take the lower level. Large modern open kitchen enables you to cook if desired, though I would expect a few more amenities like serving bowls and utensils. There's a Whole Foods and a good wine shop two blocks away. Lots of restaurants of varying quality on Beacon Street within a few blocks. One suggestion for the owner might be a guest folder with some menus. All in all, a MUCH better value than a comparably priced hotel and the nice living room worked beautifully for evening drinks. The kitchen/dining rooms was great for group breakfast.

This is a great property with a terrific location. The house was exactly as advertised with remodeled baths and a very modern kitchen. Neighborhood provided everything we needed in the way of stores and train was only steps away. King beds would have been nice, but we managed fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in a great location
We had a great stay at Nancy’s place in Brookline. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Emerson University graduate school. This is a great apartment in a very central location. There are only a few things about this rental that kept it from getting a five rating. This apt seems to be newly redecorated/appointed. It is very spacious with 4 large bedroom. The eight of us that were in the unit were very comfortable. The kitchen is new and modern and is well equipped for family meals. Parking is a nightmare in Boston and the unit has a parking spot that is easily accessible from the lower level of the unit. The only problem with the parking spot is that it is a REALLY tight squeeze to fit in so one must have either a very small car or great driving skills. We rented a mini-van for the weekend so it was a relatively larger vehicle. There are a few downsides to the rental. One is the size of the beds. I would have expected with the size of the unit that there would be king size beds in at least one or 2 of the bedrooms. There were queen size beds which are certainly adequate for sleeping. Second is that this unit shares a building with the neighboring apt. There are no carpets or rugs in the adjacent unit so when the other tenants entered the building or moved around their apartment it was pretty noisy. You have to be used to apartment living to tolerate this. There is only one large sized TV in the sitting area with a great screen. Excellent for watching movies with the family, however, it is the only TV in the unit. Despite these minor issues I would recommend this unit. It is in a location where all of the Boston amenities are easily accessible. It is a very large unit with big bedrooms and well appointed bathrooms. Perfect for a family gathering or group getaway.

Great place to stay when going to Boston
The place was excellent. Very roomy with 2 en suite bedrooms on the first level and 2 more on the 3rd level. Furnished very nicely. Great location to see Boston without a car. Only draw backs we had we the upstairs neighbors who came in at midnight the first two nights we were stayed there, slamming doors and arguing load enough to wake everybody up. The kitchen is not stocked so if you plan on cooking, bring all your own spices, etc. A big upgrade would be king size beds. Rooms are plenty big enough to accommodate them. We would stay here again.

Great condo
The condo we stayed in was very clean , nice amenities and we liked the location. The only problem was noise coming from the other units. It’s an older building and while being completely renovated, soundproofing was either not added or possible not able to be added. I happen to be a light sleeper, so it was a bit of an issue for me, but other than that it was perfect.

Wonderful apartment in great urban location
This apartment is a real find. It's in a great Boston urban location close to Fenway Park and walking distance to lots of other things. It's also right on the T's Green Line, and there is a Whole Foods very close by. The apartment itself is spacious and very nicely decorated. Great for family or a group of friends. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for my family of five over Thanksgiving. Home is in a little neighborhood with grocery, etc, within walking distance. Easy walk to Fenway. Home is very spacious. Big kitchen for cooking (you may need to buy some kitchen items if you’re cooking a big meal). Very clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds and linens. Can’t really beat the location. Right by the subway train. Short Uber to historical areas. Would definitely stay here again.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!
This place was perfect. The apartment is exactly like the pictures. 8 of us stayed here for my nephew's wedding and there was plenty of room, no one felt crowded at all. Everything was top of the line and very very clean. The place looks brand new. Great location. The train is right in front of the building but not noisy at all. The strain stop is literally less than a minute walk. Loved Boston and if I come back I will definitely stay here. Split by 8 people it is cheaper than a hotel and way better! I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Fabulous apartment in a great location - perfect for a family stay in Boston.
The apartment is on a tree lined street just yards from a T stop. There are great restaurants and shops just a few minutes walk away. The apartment was stunning - massive rooms, beatifilly furnished and in perfect condition. I will certainly be back.

Very clean and elegant
We were very impressed with the cleanliness and elegance of this home. We are a family of 5 and had more than enough space to move around! It was really nice we could all have our own rooms! Only half block walk to the train. Close to restaurants and a market. Very convenient.

Fantastic Lodging Solution for Boston Conferences
Our team decided to reserve this luxury apartment instead of reserving individual hotel rooms. It was actually cheaper to go this route. The location was great, and there were many attractions within walking distance. The apartment was modern and magnificent. Each bedroom was designed like a master bedroom. Most had their own bathroom and a fireplace. Extremely clean throughout with no clutter. It was adequately stocked with everything we needed (i.e. kitchen supplies and high quality bathroom/shower toiletries). Climate control was excellent. Luxury is an accurate description. My only suggestion would be to put TVs in the bedrooms. There was one TV for the living room. Overall, I would strongly recommend this place for those who need lodging for Boston trips!
