Extraordinario para estancias familiares largas
Nuestra experiencia en este Hotel fue extraordinaria, ya que está muy bien ubicado en West Concord. Nuestra estancia fue de mas de 2 semanas y podemos afirmar que el servicio y la amabilidad del personal es de primera, sobretodo en el frontdesk. La estancia incluyó desayuno completo y variado, además de café y té todo el día. El gimnasio y la piscina están muy bien. Tambien se cuenta con servicio de shuttle para trayectos cortos alrededor del hotel (muchas gracias a los 2 conductores, ambos con el mismo nombre: Jim). El contar con una cocina completa da un valor agregado a la habitación. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente en toda nuestra estancia.

This place is heads and shoulders above the other places in the vicinity. More recently renovated, more room space and better staff. Even the breakfast is a few steps above. Would like to see more maintenance of the parts of the rooms that require deep cleaning - wallpaper, upholstery, baseboards. That being said, it still ranks far higher than the Colonial Inn, the Best Western across the street (majorly rundown and old) or the Element.

We like to stay there as the rooms are large.The breakfast was very good. Beautifully done bathroom.Mattress one of the best I've slept on. Always my first choice when visiting the area, if the price is right for me. P.S.Not part of my review but I meant to mention to the front desk on our way out that the shower door handle is starting to loosen and needs tightening

The staff was very pleasant but the room needed updating and hadn’t been cleaned properly. The rug had noticeable particles, dirt and sticky counters and light switch

The hotel was just okay. The pool was small and cold. The kitchen stove worked pretty good but the sink garbage disposal was horrible. Staff wasnt at the front desk most of the time you had to wait until they saw you through a camera.

I am sorry to hear the front desk associates were not at the desk when you approached. In looking back at our delivery logs they were attending to guest requests. Everything was perfect. To minor things to be corrected. The frig is loud as is the HVAC system. Other than that perfect.

I would definitely go back and stay; the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was good, but there were a few stains on the sofa and dust collected in carpet corners or for example, where the carpet met the bed platform. Otherwise, it was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep, which is very important. If breakfast had plant-based options, that would have been awesome. Again, very sweet staff. Thank you.

This property was very clean. It’s in a secluded area so it was quiet and had a lot of parking.
