Such a beautiful house. We fell in love with it, it's laid out perfectly and has everything you need , just like your own home. The beds, and sofa, are so comfy. The house is full of little, and big, historical treasures, I loved hearing about where the pieces came from. There's parking! Entry instructions were easy and Mark's communication is brillliant. Hopefully you'll get the chance to meet him, he's fabulous. Highly recommended host and place to stay, well above expectations, had an amazing time there.

Hands down an amazing place to stay! The owner is very friendly, fast with communication and warm welcoming. The home offers so many historical features and charm. A conversation piece. We loved our stay here. We felt like we were at home. The street is quiet. The bonus was parking for our large truck.

Absolute perfection! What a gem of a property with a great host to match. Everything you could possibly want and more. Mark had restored his home to a very high standard. Most comfortable beds ever with exceptional quality bed linen. Never experienced such high quality in a Vrbo property. Didn’t want to leave!! Can’t wait to return. This property was well-appointed and very welcoming. It has a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, comfortable living spaces, and high quality bedding. There is a beautiful private garden area with outdoor dining space and a grill. The owner is a delight to visit with! This will be our go-to lodging for Boston from now on.

This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many around the country. Mark lives on site and is extremely friendly and made great suggestions for local and Boston area attractions. He has put a lot of work into the house and the care he has for it shows in the craftsmanship and the cleanliness of the property. We left for Bar Harbor for a couple of days and came back to the Boston are for a few more days after and stayed in a different rental and man do we wish we would’ve stayed in Mark’s place again instead! Great home in a great neighborhood. Any time we come back to Boston this will be the only place we stay at.

This place was beyond pleasant!!! Okay so we had been looking for a stay that would be close enough to easily Uber into Boston for a concert and some tourist stuff. Not only is the location EXTREMELY convenient to downtown Boston, it is super close to Wegman’s, Whole Foods, SO MANY places to eat at and order from. We had a drive way to park in! Bonus! Walking into the home was like entering a classy, yet comfortable living space that we didn’t even know we needed! We just walked through and admired the original charm and detail of each room- built-in shelves, hand carved molding, creative spaces, black and white tiled bathroom, etc… Some fun surprises included FANTASTIC water pressure in the shower, a back porch with a garden view and a couch to lounge on, SUPER comfortable beds and bedding, coffee bar, even the refrigerator was stocked with some niceties to start with! Mark, our gracious host, was super responsive but since he’s such a VRBO pro, we had no problems and no questions! Check in/out instructions were easy and the apartment basically spoke for itself, gave us all we needed for a super chill stay. We WILL be back! Thanks Mark!

Our family has stayed at a lot of properties over the years, but never has there been one so utterly charming, so perfectly appointed, and that immediately felt like home. This one wins the prize, hands down. Mark has thought of literally everything and nothing is left to question. Add in the little touches like good coffee, comfy beds, high quality bedding, HUGE fluffy towels, etc...and you won't want to leave! We sure didn't. Thank you, Mark! You are an amazing host and we will definitely be back.

Our stay was wonderful, definitely a 5 star review. The beds with hotel style linens, the amazing kitchen with all the modern conveniences, the balcony off the kitchen was lovely, I could go on and on. One thing that made the stay special for me was the coffee and half and half available for our morning coffee. The owner, Mark, was just a phone call away if we needed anything which I really appreciated. Simply a great place to stay and would stay there again!
