Hotel charged a fee as a guarantee 175USD for the nights staying at the hotel in case something wrong happens. This was not mentioned over Expedia website After check out, It is supposed that will return back until 5 to 10 business days which is not acceptable. Room was uncomfortable since TV was on the wall on one side of the bed and bed was totally blocking city view through the Window (room 2023) which I paid for that view... Hotel forniture is nice but personnel service is not.

The room was perfect, the space was enough for two people, and the cleaning service didn't fail. Chinatown is really close, and you have Boston Common in a 5 min walk. Close to the subway, and easy to access. My only complaint is that the street was really really noisy, good thing is that they provide ear plugs, so maybe they know that this is a common comment. I'd definitely stay in here again when coming back to Boston.

El hotel es bellísimo, se ve nuevo y muy bien cuidado, las instalaciones son muy originales y te dan $25 por estadía para consumir, además de una bebida gratis por huésped, tienen agua con frutas gratis y hay personal que habla español. Lo único malo es que queda al lado de una discoteca y es muy ruidoso para dormir, mi esposo y yo estábamos tan cansados que no fue tan molesto pero de otra manera no habríamos podido dormir, si vas por un viaje de negocios no te lo recomiendo o no podrás ir a trabajar al día siguiente! Obviamente el hotel sabe de eso y en la habitación tienes información por si “no puedes dormir”.

Además de la ubicación, me encantó el estilo vanguardista del hotel, la amabilidad del personal y el obsequio de vales de descuento para el bar. Lo que menos me gustó es que a veces te despertaba el camión de la basura (imagino que dependerá de la ubicación de la habitación).

LOUD MUSIC - Saturday night the music from the bar downstairs was so loud it shook my room until 2am. They do offer noise machines in the rooms, but it was still shaking the room. The only night I experienced this was Saturday. Right around the corner from Tufts if you have a family member staying there.
