Deborah and her friends were out-going and friendly to us at the time of check-in. They requested to check-in early and we accommodated their request without extra charge. On the surface they appeared knowledgeable and capable of participating in various topics, especially that of their children. The numerous complaints in the review are nothing short of those of a petulant child. 1. The posting clearly states and illustrates with photos that house has a TV with “Basic channels from antenna”, which is also hooked up to a Samsung DVD player. It is obvious that they ignored our detailed descriptions in the listing and our in-person explanation. 2. They called immediately they arrived earlier than our normal check in time, we quickly upgraded their parking space without further charges since Deborah lacks the driving skills to park in our guest parking. 3. Apparently, Deborah and her group did not read the posting or chose to ignore the clearly stated location of the bath-room, we took our time to explain to them again at check-in. 4. If there was no sink, we wonder how they washed their hands, the used utensils, as well as the coffee mugs. 5. We are puzzled that these women were completely unable to use the existing chairs for TV watching. 6. If the flannel sheet on the bed was too warm, only to accommodate those guests who will like a warm and cozy bed. We provided enough bedding for immediate change if needed, or let us know. We supplied enough towels more towels in closets and they were informed. 7. The posting never said we will supply brand new linens for every single guest, but everything is thoroughly washed after each stay. 8. The guests complained about warm flannel sheet and they wanted heat, there is no logical reasoning. We are constantly improving. If there is a genuine constructive criticism we value and appreciate. There was a workstation in the apartment, with another high-tech computer and printer, from which streaming was possible if needed. We did review them with all 5 stars on all four categories, which was a complete oversight, Notwithstanding the fact that they used rude language over the phone conversation.
