We stayed in the well appointed Twins room, which included a single and a queen, but it does get warm on the 3rd floor on a hot day. There is a celling fan and we opened a couple of windows to let the cooler evening breeze in. Breakfast was great! Plenty of local flavor. Close to the local ferries. I'd absolutely recommend.

The room was clean and nicely furnished. The best two aspects of the property were the friendliness of the innkeeper and the outstanding breakfast that was prepared in the morning. We had breakfast with another couple and enjoyed both the delicious food and the great company.

This is the classic B&B - not a room in someone’s house where they endure your presence. We had the marvelous suite of rooms on the first floor. The fun beach history of the town is in the family photos throughout the house. Breakfast was delightful. Our host was thoughtful and warm. This is totally worth the drive!

Excellent B & B! Annmarie and Bob and wonderful hosts and their breakfast each day was amazing! They put a lot of care and thought into the B & B and the needs of their guests. Located in Hull, close to Nantasket beach, Hingham, Situate and Boston, our room was clean and comfortable and an equally large and comfortable common room is available for guests.

Stayed at this lovely property for family wedding. Room was perfect with comfortable bed and large clean bathroom. Loved the upstairs common room with beautiful harbor. Breakfast was delicious and proprietor Annemarie was so friendly and informative about history of property and suggestions for dining in the area. I highly recommend Josephine’s!

Lovely B&B experience
We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Josephine's B&B. The room and the bed were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious & conversations with our Host, Annmarie were enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Loved Josephine's!
This B&B is GREAT!!! Every room is lovely and unique. The breakfasts include homemade breads. yogurt, fresh fruit, French toast, omelettes, and more, and are absolutely delicious. The proprietor is warm and friendly, and makes her guests feel very much "at home". We can't wait to find an excuse to return!

Beautiful home, comfortable, quiet, felt like home right away. Our room couldn’t have been more comfortable or better appointed and we had the most restful sleeps! Anne Marie was a delightful hostess, always there if needed to respond to a text or help in any way. We enjoyed meeting and conversing in the mornings with her and husband Ed. Excellent COVID protocols, options for breakfasting outdoors or privately if requested, but we enjoyed Anne Marie’s delicious breakfasts at the community table. She sets a beautiful table, loved the “gurgling Cod” water pitcher! Thanks, we shall be back!!

We came to meet up with friends and see Some of the area. Our stay at Josephine’s was comfortable and charming. The owners were friendly and the facility was clean and accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful! Fun time thank you!

Great Starting Point South Of Boston
We stayed in the third floor room next to a common area room. We found the place spotless and the bed comfortable. The immediate neighborhood appears quite safe for a morning walk. Annmarie was gracious and breakfast was great. Would stay again.

Josephine's Bed & Breakfast was quaint, clean, charming, and worth the extra half hour we had to drive into Boston for our event. The proprietor was friendly and kind. The rooms were amazing. I will definitely call Josephine's again for any future travels to Massachusetts.

Great B&B!
We were very pleased with our stay at Josephine's. The bed was comfortable and we loved having our own bathroom space. She was friendly and she and her husband made a delicious breakfast with many kinds of breads, scrambled eggs with cheese and yogurt. We were traveling and couldn't take the time to walk around the seaside. That would have made it even better.

Fun stay at Josephine's B and B
Perfect place to stay for a visit to the beach or other attractions. I chose this B and B due to its proximity to the South Shore Music Circus, but the B and B itself was a gem. Annmarie is the prefect knowledgeable and gracious hostess. The accommodations are warm, comfy, and clean, as well as located near several good restaurants. Breakfasts are individually prepared in gourmet fashion and delicious. The decor takes you back to simpler times in the 1940's with every modern convenience. Highly recommend.

So I went directly in the middle for the review. That is for Orbitz and their policy only. Orbitz let me know, after an awful night wasting time and money in ubers, their policy when telling you how far a place is from an airport is to take a straight line measurement as the crow flies. What I thought was 15 minutes from Logan per Orbitz saying it was 4 miles was a 40 to 45 minute ride and an insane uber fee both ways. I was in a hurry (emergency) and trusted orbitz when booking. Don't do that. See how far your hotel is. NOW if you're intending to actually hang out in this area, oh man it was such a cute bnb. This place was adorable. It was just one more thing that went wrong on my trip, but it was a sweet little bnb. I didn't meet anyone as it was late, but it was really comfy, clean, quiet, and peaceful. The owner had a note with all my info I would need to get in and situated since I came late, and my room was really nice. Great bathroom. I assume a lovely view of the harbor in the day time. I'd really recommend it of you're actually on vacation and not trying to sleep as much as possible during a long layover.

We stayed in the Twins room which was very spacious. The room was decorated with an older theme but had all the modern amenities you would need. Our room which was on the 3rd floor was adjacent to the common sitting area which was spacious and had a great view of the bay. Breakfasts were phenomenal!! This isn’t your typical bed and breakfast meal. The attention to each dish by Annmarie was like my mother’s cooking. My wife and I highly recommend this B&B to Anyone looking to visit Hull.
