No tuvimos servicio de limpieza en el cuarto durante las 6 noches de estadía, pedimos esto 3 veces y aún así sin éxito, nos dijeron que estaban sin personal y ese no es mi problema, yo pagué full price y el hotel debió prever el servicio. Pedimos un reembolso parcial y esto fué rechazado, Orbitz no protege no asegura que la calidad de los servicios se respeten, nunca más compraré con Orbitz ni me hospedaré en un Homewood. You won’t get your room cleaned, not even if you ask for it. We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, paid full price and when I we requested for a partial refund since service weren’t fully rendered, it was denied. Unacceptable specially in covid times. Orbitz does not protect you as a customer either.

Stayed four days. No room service for four days, no trash removed from room for four days, the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, no change of sheets in four days, no clean towels for four days. We should have had some basic services at least once during our stay considering the price we paid for the room.

The rooms are great, big and roomy with a little kitchen , nice size fridge , big tv. However just wish they would do like it says on the mirror in the bathroom every other day room service. They need to collect trash more often and bring clean towels at least , fill up coffee and creamer. Trash gets put near the elevators which really looks gross.

Our son goes to Babson, so the space is super convenient. I love the cleanliness too. Beds and pillows are the best. Friendly staff

We were not told of the “every other day “ housekeeping policy when we checked in. The first morning I checked if there was housekeeping on request and was told about the policy then and that our room would be serviced the next day, no exceptions. The pool was closed for maintenance when we wanted to use it Monday afternoon. No info at the front desk as to when it would be open again. Omelets were cold on Day 2 of our stay. We were told that the machine to keep them warm was broken. Got bumped off the internet on my laptop and couldn’t get back on. Unlikely to return.

The housekeeping policy is clearly stated in your room. Our front desk agents also inform all guests upon check in about the policy. You can request daily service if you wish. Our apologies about the pool, it was closed due to something out of our control. It should be back open soon.

The hotel is new and clean, but the location is not great. It's in a more industrial location, but it does have decent access to the interstate. Our biggest complaint is that the hotel by policy only cleans homes every other day. We stayed two nights with a family of five, and that meant we never had our room serviced, even when we requested.

Good evening,Currently Hilton/ Homewood Suites cleaning standards for stayover service is every other day. You can request daily upon check in as we inform all guests. We also have extra sundries, towels, etc at the front desk 24/7. Thank you.

Overall the hotel was decent, although the room needed a good cleaning and basic maintenance. The floors were quite dirty- hair, debris, crumbs in many areas. Bathrooms floors were especially dirty (lots of hair on the floor and in the tub). The towel hook on the back of the door fell off when we put a towel on it, and the towel rack next to the sink was falling off (looked like someone tried to glue it back on). Carpet had many stains. Sofa looked to have been scratched or chewed on (perhaps by someone’s pet?) and the mattress protectors and bed skirts also had holes that looked like they’d been chewed/scratched up. Overall the room had lots of space and a great layout, but the cleanliness issues were disappointing. Walls had a lot of dings/marks. We used the pool each day we were there (three separate days) and the same bandaids/hair was on the floor each time we went.

Streamless check-in. My room was ready prior the check-in time. There's a kitchenette & microwave. Very convienient. It's about 25 min drive to the heart of Boston so the location is convenient. While parking cost $60 per day in other hotels in Boston seaport, parking here is free which was a big deal for me that drove a large SUV

Our room was nice and spacious, but very dirty. The fridge handle, the carpet, and several spots on the doors and walls had what appeared to be dried up blood on them. The room had not been cleaned thoroughly at all. Beds are very uncomfortable. The power went out our last night and was out for 8 hours- no idea what the issue was, but no electricity at all. Pitch black in our room. Parking was easy, safe area, nice staff at front desk- had no interaction with them other than check-in.

The staff was very friendly, courteous and attentive. Our room was very clean and neat. We were close to where we needed to go and the parking was great. I also liked that grub hub was offered at the hotel. With a group of people it was helpful.
