Llegue y estaba sobrevendido. Me querian mandar a uno a 20 km. Desagradable la atencion. Se veia sucio y descuidado. Por la misma plata me fui a un hotel 100 veces mejor.

La puerta del cuarto no cerraba, habían cucarachas en la habitación, la persona que estaba atendiendo para hacer el check-in tenía problemas con mi licencia de conducir de PR porque según el no era Americana. El sofa cama estaba malísimo.

Llegamos muy cansados a las 11 de la noche y no había habitación para nosotros. Este hotel tenía 11 habitaciones vendidas de más y no dan ninguna solución, afortunadamente el servicio de hoteles en este caso es excelente y nos asignó otro hotel.

Me gusta todo, tengo muchos años visitando este hotel. Lo único que vi es que ya no tienen piscina, aunque ahora no es recomendable por la pandemia usarla, pero en un futuro sería bueno tener una piscina.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, tiene restaurantes cerca y está cerca de carreteras importantes. Para ir al centro de Boston se lleva a cabo un trayecto muy rápido. Considero que está en un precio razonable, por lo que ofrece. No me gustó que el desayuno que ofrecen son Muffins, barras energéticas y jugo que no es natural. No hay fruta, por ejemplo.

Llegamos al hotel y tuvimos que esperar junto con otros huéspedes que nos asignaran habitación, decían que no había habitaciones, tuve que comunicarme a Hoteles.com con quien hice la reserva, el joven que me atendió muy amable me dijo que si había pero que no estaban aseadas que le diera tiempo para asignarme la, mínimo éramos 4 familias que estuvimos esperando hasta casi las 2 de la madrugada a que nos fueran asignadas las habitaciones

Horrible Experience
I never though there would be such a bad hotel in United States, this is by far my worse hotel experience. 1- When I went to check-in for some reason my reservation was cancelled and basically they had me walking from building to building as there are 2 extended stays in that block. 2- When I was able to finally get a room, the room that I was assigned smelled horrible! The room had the window open so I'm 100% sure they already knew that room had a problem. 3- I was able to get a new room that didn't smell so bad but the guy at the front desk gave a horrible customer service. I just read another where another customer was complaining about the same staff. 4- I was staying for 3 nights, after the first night I asked if they could change my sheets and I was informed that I was only allowed to get my room cleaned if I stayed 7 night or more!!! 5- Finally the second day I got back to the hotel after a long day of work and there was smoke and an awful smell, people were coughing. When I approached the front desk the guy acted as if nothing wrong was happening! That night I decided to leave the hotel go to another one that cost me 3 times as much and even though I already had another night paid for. I believe Hotels.com should have such a hotel in there listings as just for this experience I pretty much spent much more that I have saved using their service!

The place needs maintenance repair. Staff do try to help you at any concerns. Place does need a better maintenance team, for repairs as walls bathrooms electrical. The first day was disappointing but once we mention the conditions of the room they did their best to accommodate us in a better rooms. Rooms was better but I believe a better maintenance team will fix many of the issues the place has.

The room was clean, but the entire floor was linoleum. The floor was very cold around the bed and couch areas. When I asked for an additional pillow, I was told there were none to spare. The coffee table edge and surface were worn and the legs were very loose.

The property was neat and clean and cozy. There was plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The only thing was, when we got there, no one was at the front desk. They were obviously busy helping out another guest and were very professional and helpful when they returned. But it was weird to stand there for about 10 minutes with no way to let someone know we were there and waiting to be checked in. We arrived at 10 pm, as we had informed the hotel. Great hotel, very clean, quiet, and cozy.

Although the property seemed decent from the online photos, my room was absolutely deplorable. There were cockroaches (I have photos), dirty sheets, dirty appliances, dirty kitchen area, generally unclean all around. I didn't discover the cockroaches until the morning, otherwise I would have left immediately.

What started as a great anniversary weekend ended shortly after we checked in. The room was a non smoking room yet smelled as if an entire pack of smokes was lit and rubbed all over. Needed 1 full bottle of Febreze just to tolerate sleeping in the room. Not to mention finding dead cockroaches in the kitchen and living room space on top of other assortment of bugs. Trash was not emptied out of the trash bin. On top of all that the bathroom vanity was damaged and so was the dresser with the TV stand. Lets not forget the lack of noises control after midnight. The property on the outside looks great but once you exit the main lobby you find parts of the ceiling tiles all over the floor casually brushed to the side of the hall ways and stairs. I will never stay at an extended stay ever again. Only good thing about this property is the staff. They do the best they can but when corporate keeps short staffing while consuming enormous profits for 1/2 a star accommodations its a miracle this one hasnt been condemned

When I showed up the place was dark and dirty. Someone had gotten badly injured and was being wheeled out in a stretcher, and people were partying. Manager was unsurprised by all of this. I wasn’t even able to check in, desk guy tried to charge me an extra $100 and couldn’t provide any documentation supporting this apparent “policy.” I want a refund.

Staff was rude and unwelcoming hotel room was a little dirty and the furniture was broken I fell once I sat on the chair and it don’t have screws holding it together.

Heater didn't work kept blowing cold air, the vending machine didn't work as well. trash throughout the hallway. the Bedsheet and comfort were dirty and dingy. Bed was uncomfortable.

Room smelled musty and not clean. I stayed alone and felt a little u safe with the clientele there. Now I know what a 3 1/2 star hotel means, and won’t stay again.
