Decepcionante
Estuvimos por dos noches y en ninguna de ellas nos realizaron aseo, ni recogieron basura o papeles de baño , si ello es disculpa por la pandemia nadie tiene que ver con el servicio anuncian en la pagina anunciante , el primer día el desayuno fue a plazos , y no es que tengan prepara porque ya todo viene preparado y tampoco es que sea variado , una frutica cereales barra , café, jugo, pan , leche y pare contar , pero eso si en la pagina hacen grandes anuncios y sus valores cobro por noche no es que sea de los mas bajos , los aires deben revisarse

I checked in through Expedia. I arrived, the lady came out with a mouth full of food, and said my key wasn't ready yet because she was on her lunch/dinner break..Ok? I'm sorry about that?...she just left and didn't say what she was doing, and came back with my keys, said where the elevators were and that was it!...I asked about breakfast and the pool, she said the pool closed in 5 minutes so that I wasn't able to go to it..The room, wasn't good either, The AC shut off and didn't come back on, it showed an ERR code on it, I didn't bother to mention it to her because I didn't want to interrupt her lunch/dinner break as she seemed a bit upset by that. I paid too much for that room that's for sure and for not good service and for an AC that didn't work correctly. I must say the best experience as the checkout person, he was very nice to me.

Check out was great. Check in gentleman did not deliver professional service however. But everything else was very good. It was clean and the grounds are well maintained. Decor was beautiful.

Great place, clean and updated. Staff was very helpful and courteous, breakfast was very good. Not easy to find your way in and out of the corporate development. GPS was not helpful.

Arrived at 5 pm, rooms were not ready to check in. Stayed in the lobby for about two hours. Lady at the front desk took my phone number to call me whenever the room was ready.. never got a call. I had to go back and and ask again for the room almost two hours later I had to get ready, had somewhere to be and the wait was veryyy inconvenient.

Hello Jessica,We're very sorry to hear your stay with us was less than ideal. Pertaining to the incidentals hold, I will try to clarify. We place a 50 hold on the credit card that you provide us for incidentals. Whatever you charge to your room is subtracted from that 50 and whatever's leftover is refunded to your card in 3-5 business days. I hope this helps. We hope to see you again.
