The details are that the rooms do not have a microwave, it is one for everyone that does not work well, we stayed for two days and they did not ask for more towels or take out garbage. the balcony was very dusty with spider webs. the good part the friendly employees and the excellent breakfast

We are sorry to hear that our COVID cleaning policies were not relayed to you at check-in. We do not go into guests rooms to clean unless requested.

Buenas facilidades, desayuno incluido y el servicio del personal del front desk fueron excelentes. Buena relación calidad precio. Lo único que no me gusto fue que las cortinas hacia el exterior no funcionaban correctamente y era complicado abrirlas para dejar entrar luz.

The property is very clean with a nice full breakfast. However the staff if not so quick to respond to needs. I asked that my room be cleaned and called twice, they didn’t answer the phone at 9 am. The result was getting a 30$ credit in my stay. Otherwise it’s convenient and clean.

I was told the breakfast was continental but was pleasantly surprised with hot food. Eggs and sausage were available so that was very good.

Great value, and friendly service
The location is great, the beds are comfy, the service was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was just right. The bathrooms in our rooms were a little vintage. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints.

We loved sitting on the balcony. We would have liked to swim in the beautiful pool but we couldn’t get in. It was very close to historic downtown Concord.

We are happy to hear you enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The pool is closed for the season as it is not a heated pool so it is quite cold right now.

Staff was friendly enough, the bed was comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was good with a wide selection. The only complaint is that this property is lacking an elevator so if you’re stuck with a second level room you’ll have haul luggage up a steep flight of stairs. Very difficult with a large suitcase.

Thank you, yes we wish we had a elevator also. We try to tell every guest at booking time that we do not have one so if they have a preference we can accommodate them.

The personnel at the desk were so helpful-helped us with where places were and especially helped with the timing getting to the airport. Loved the cookies at the desk too!

I read reviews prior to booking, and let me tell you here: HIGHLY OVERRATED! The lady at the front desk has a brash personality (night shift). She noted "make sure you close your door when you shower because it will set off the smoke alarm in the room". It's a run down hotel. You can hear everything through the floors and walls. It was fairly quiet until 3-4am and you can hear people leaving for work throughout the whole building. So your quality of sleep will suck here. Bed pillows are like couch pillows, hurt my ears. Yeah.. that's about it. Very disappointing experience, and HIGHLY overpriced. $190 for a Motel 8 basically.

Good-sized room with bureau, desk, comfortable bed, and plenty of electrical outlets. Basic free breakfast buffet. Key card didn't always work right, paint was peeling from bathroom ceiling, and guests are warned not to shower with the door open or they'll set off an alarm.

We stayed one night with a young kid. Easy check-in and parking. The room was large and clean (although it smelled a lot like bleach). The pool was clean and very enjoyable. The restaurant next door, Paparazzi, had great pizza and Italian food. The hotel is old and could use a renovation. Curtains in our room were ripped, and the carpet was worn out. Breakfast was simple, but acceptable. It would have been nice to have a few more sweet options, such as muffins or scones.

Just okay
Hot Water was not available upon check-in. Was told it should be there by morning - it was not. Breakfast was on second floor and there was no elevator. I am on oxygen and stairs do me in. Was told we would receive a $50 credit for hot water problem. Not sure how or when that will be received.
