Everything was ideal from start to finish with this VRBO. Todd and Bobbi are excellent communicators, and responded as soon as our booking went through. They accommodated a date change effortlessly and sent the check-in info well in advance of our arrival.
Location was spot on, parking in the driveway was great - easy to unload and load the car, no worries about traffic around you, and the spot was generous for our RAV4. The location in Quincy is ideal, also easy to get to Boston, Salem and Providence, RI. We really appreciated the binder with lots of local info, as well as the brochures for area attractions.
The interior is exactly as pictured, very clean, well stocked with any kitchen item you can think of; we loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers, a really nice touch. Plenty of towel sets for the 4 of us. King bed is a traditional mattress, queen beds are memory foam.
It was too chilly during our visit to enjoy the porch or deck, but that additional living space would be a plus. Our teen daughter took over the basement bedroom since it's set up like a standalone apartment with the TV, kitchenette and bathroom. That was by far the darkest of the three bedrooms, which she loved.
We had opportunity to ask a few questions, Todd and Bobbi responded within an hour and were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again any chance we got, we had a great experience and highly recommend this property!
