Clean and easy to stay. King size bed comfortable. 10 min from downtown. Off street parking with room was great benefit. Everyone enjoyed their stay

Our stay was okay overall, but there were a few issues that took away from the experience. We found food crumbs in one of the beds when we arrived, which made it feel like the cleaning could have been more thorough. The upstairs shower door opened toward the bathroom door, making it awkward to get in and out, and the door itself was a bit loose. The lower bathroom also had an outlet that couldn’t be used because it was positioned too close to the mirror to plug anything in. The home has potential, but some attention to cleanliness and maintenance would make a big difference.

Space was great, really nice living room and kitchen for hosting a large group. Plenty of beds, nice deck and parking, owner was very communicative and friendly. Genuinely couldn’t have had a bette replace for the group to end our long day!

The apartment was clean and well stocked. There was no air conditioning upstairs and we ran out of paper towels, but other than that, we had a great time.

Lovely house in Boston

This was a great accommodation for our family of four. We each had a bedroom and access to a full kitchen and laundry machine were both great. The house was clean and well kept. I would recommend covering the back door window for extra privacy at night, and a portable fan if you sleep hot since the A/C is not too strong upstairs. Would recommend!

Great stay!

I was getting together with a group of friends for a night. The instructions to get in the apartment were easy to follow and seamless. The apartment was well furnished and very clean. The host was easy to communicate with and made the stay super easy. I would recommend for families or a group of friends getting together.

Plenty of room for my family attending a college graduation. We had a couple issues, but the manager care of things in a timely fashion.It would be helpful to have some lamps in the bedrooms.

Good for families w kids

This was a very nice property. Plenty of beds. Some rooms with nice bunk beds as well. We had a group of 7; plenty of room for us, granny and the 4 kids. Kitchen was nice and well equipped. It is an Upstairs apartment with Lots of stairs that were pretty narrow so be prepared for that. TVs in each room and the Wifi worked well. It snowed during our trip and it was very cold. The stairs at the back of the house were extremely slippery due to the snow and ice. It would have been nice to have sand or salt available to treat the stairs. The gentleman living in the lower apartment was helpful and scraped the stairs the best he could for us. Also the house was very drafty downstairs but the heat was strong enough to overcome it so it was comfortable, the only issue was then upstairs would become uncomfortably hot, so you had to be mindful of anyone upstairs to make sure they didn't get too hot. Washer and dryer were great and plenty of towels were available.Good location, grocery store right up the street less than a mile. Couple of restaurants nearby and about a 10 or so min ride to Downtown Boston. Owners were very responsive and pleasant and helpful. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Great Place!

Although we only stayed one night, my friends and I were super happy with this booking. The location was in a great spot not far from Boston or Logan Airport, which made our early morning flight a breeze. We loved how cozy the rooms were as well as the TV's in each room. We got to enjoy some good Monday Night Football to round out our long vacation back East. Would love to return and stay longer next time! Communication with the host was also seamless and Jenny responded quickly and clearly and was very professional and friendly. Check in was super simple as well as check out. Thanks for a great stay!

Boston with kids

The previous reviews are fairly accurate. Cons: The house is definitely on a busy road and there is some road noise. It's also a little tricky getting in and out of the parking lot and there isn't anything worthwhile within walking distance. Pros: The house is nicely maintained. The host is very prompt with communication. There is a train station at Savin Hill (8 minute car ride away) that will take you straight into downtown.

Clean and comfortable

Everything about this property is lovely: check in, cleanliness and comfortable… everything except the noise at night. I am aware that the description states there will be some urban noise but I did not think that meant motorcycles drag racing all night long. It was so loud - no one slept. If it weren’t for that I would recommend.

We enjoyed our trip

The street was noisy but that’s in the description. If you have elderly or little kids they have stairs that are windy and narrow so I wouldn’t recommend for that but otherwise it was great and we had fun. Jenny always messaged back quickly.

UMASS Grad Stay

We stayed at the house for UMASS graduation. It comfortably fit the family and the place was in good shape. Sparse on the decorations but clean. Locations to UMASS is great but you are on a main road with loud traffic if you're not used to it. House came stocked with amenities and beds were all neat, clean and made when we got there. No complaints and would recommend this home.
