We booked this property with the hope of having a restful stay, but unfortunately it was the opposite. The largest issue was the constant noise from surrounding residents — particularly loud music late into the night. Because the main purpose of our rental was to rest, this made the stay very difficult and disappointing.In addition, there was a spotlight outside that would turn on in the middle of the night and shine directly into one of the bedrooms. I’ve attached a photo taken at 2 a.m. to show how bright and disruptive it was. Between the spotlight and the noise, sleeping comfortably was nearly impossible.Communication with the host was also frustrating. Rather than addressing the situation appropriately, the refund discussion felt tied to whether or not we left a review, which was unprofessional and unfair.If you are looking for peace and rest, I would not recommend this property.
