As mentioned when we spoke with you, a number of the unregistered guests you were having join you in your room had previously been asked to not stay with us in the future (Including yourself, but we did not have your full name at that time). We are sorry to again have to explain this so publicly, but, as we mentioned on the phone and in person previously, we are unable to have you or the other guests you had staying with you in your room stay with us. We will continue to ask you to leave and/or cancel reservations when any other reservations are made by yourself, or other members of your group.

Hi Juan, Thank you for staying with us, as we mentioned during your check in process, we are happy to provide housekeeping service but we are asking our guests that want the service to let us know you would like it so we can schedule someone to go to your room while you are out. Many of our guests are still wanting us to follow CDC guidelines and offer stay-over service on request only, so you can decide how comfortable you are with our team entering your room.

Hi Carlos, if you could share with us what room you were in. All of our vents are constant fan and should be always working. We have them vented this way so we can avoid the loud noise that comes with more traditional home-style fans. As for the coffee machine, thank you for the feedback, I know it's not the same but we do currently offer free coffee and tea in the lobby for all guests to enjoy each morning.
